26/01/2025: Restaurant with an original concept. The meat is very good, the vegetables, cheeses and desserts too, all in an all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff is very friendly. Great discovery.

17/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Coffees from all over the world to explore new flavors. I found my coffee very different, and particularly delicious, especially the Hawaiian coffee. I can't wait to try my other purchases, which all have equally delightful aromas.
Thank you! I'm a coffee and tea drinker, enjoying small quantities but high quality. I highly recommend it.

18/03/2026: A must-visit address in Caen! The villa, elegantly decorated and chic, offers a charming setting. The menu features original dishes, with a fine selection of wines. The atmosphere guarantees a wonderful time.
15/03/2026: Service on March 14th, at 8 PM
We were warmly welcomed, but quickly disappointed. Here's what happened:
Don't forget your thermal underwear, it's cold!
The wait was far too long. Our order was taken at 8:15 PM, and the appetizers were served an hour later.
The main courses? Same story: a 40-minute wait for three undercooked meat dishes, and the side dishes arrived 10 minutes later…
Want a carafe of water? Tough luck, there weren't any left. As compensation, they offered us a complimentary bottle of Evian. That was acceptable.
If you make it to dessert, congratulations! Few of us did, and we decided to leave. We stayed at the table for three hours.
When we paid, we expressed our dissatisfaction. The restaurant offered us the equivalent of €65 off our order.
We don't blame the waitress; she's on the front line and taking the brunt of it. However, we regret the overall experience. The prices charged should reflect impeccable quality.
Finally, dear owner of Villa Eugène, if you're reading this, please act quickly, because based on past reviews, a trend seems to be emerging, and clearly not in your favor!

28/02/2026: We used to eat at Burgers de Colette quite often. Lately, we've noticed a significant drop in burger quality. The price-to-quality ratio is much less appealing than it used to be. Many competitors offer the same thing for less. However, the burgers are still good and the service is impeccable.
08/02/2026: The burgers are exceptional, but above all the staff are super pleasant and friendly.

15/03/2026: What does it mean to call the toilets in such a pitiful state? The bar would do well to offer a small restaurant; it wouldn't hurt.
Furthermore, there isn't really a menu. Prices are arbitrary; you'll pay depending on how you deal with the owner.

The saleswoman wasn't very friendly. Furthermore, the products weren't very fresh; they looked like supermarket goods.
Considering the quality and the price, it's far too expensive.
This bakery also needs a serious overhaul of its hygiene and customer service.

08/09/2024: they have large rooms upstairs, but always closed (probably to avoid cleaning) what do we do when we want to eat on site when there are no free tables? otherwise quite fast on service
01/09/2024: For the taste it's a McDonald's, for the rest really not great, burger completely smashed and barely assembled, but still that's okay it's a classic, the worst is the ice cream service, mcflurries which cost a lot expensive and whose filling does not even reach half the pot, by calculating we reach a little less than 100g of ice cream for almost 6€, it's rubbish, what's more, it's not the first time at all, on my last 4 orders, not once was the mcflurry filled correctly having already worked at Mcdo, I'm not the type to spit on them, but frankly in Caen Center no effort is made, customer service of Uber which also does not help this problem in any way either

22/07/2024: Waouh 🤩 quel plaisir de manger un vrai bon kebab ! super kebab de qualité ! Au top sincèrement ! Accueil avec le sourire personnel très agréable ! Rien à dire sinon à recommandé +++++.
30/05/2024: I would say the best Kebab in Caen because the meat is perfectly cooked, the white sauce is very light, the chef quickly browns us with beautiful fries, once we have tasted them it is impossible to find a better tray! I highly recommend.
PS: I'm an onion fanatic!

03/09/2024: Great coffee and croissant was good. Service was awful. Man and woman working there couldn’t put a smile on their faces or even say hello.
13/08/2024: Never order a matcha in this cafe, there just wasn't any in the drink given the color. Plus, I was clearly pissing off the waitress with my order. I don't recommend it, which is a shame considering the other notes.
