21/08/2025: Good evening, I'm not used to leaving a review that is positive or negative, but this is nonsense for the bar, a terrace there you wait for the server but no he doesn't come you have to guess that you have to go and get the drinks menu to place your order at the bar, a menu where there is a choice but when you order what you want you are told there are no more! so if there are no more on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday where it is the menu from last year or you have to cross off the drinks that are no longer served, finally I am not a bar manager but it seems to me that it would be better

16/09/2025: Watch out, this is a major tourist trap!! The welcome was more than mediocre, I'd even say unthinkable... 3 burgers + 2 pints for €75, uh, that's no longer a profit at this point?!?!!! For burgers you've seen and reviewed and frozen fries. Of course, you have to serve yourself and clear away at that price; service isn't included.

08/08/2025: Avoid! We came today, four adults and a toddler. Once seated, a good half hour passed before anyone came to take our drink/food orders. We weren't told we'd be waiting. When the waitress finally came to see us, she didn't know the menu, didn't know the fish of the day, or the children's menu. We asked for a pitcher of rosé, were served red, then they came back to tell us our order hadn't been taken, then finally yes, but the dishes were no longer available. Meanwhile, we heard the surrounding tables complaining about the quality of the service, Communication failures within the team (servers). The farce lasted an hour and a half. We finally left without even being able to taste a single one of the advertised good dishes, all this with a toddler, at past 2 p.m. As we were leaving, we learned that the food hadn't even been sent out as ordered (1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!). And the chef was yelling at the waiters. The communication and service really need to be improved.

28/01/2026: A disastrous McDonald's experience... Upon arrival, my friend and I were immediately struck by the negative impression. The ordering area was so cramped we were packed in like sardines; I thought I was going to be eating the steaks for the burgers. Then, when we tried to order, the kiosks moved at an agonizingly slow pace. It took me at least 10 minutes just to choose my burgers! I thought I was going to starve! After this tumultuous ordeal, I finally settled into a drab and filthy place littered with uneaten fries and water filling the room! I felt like I was in a famous episode from the Bible! The seats were cold and hard, making my backside as hard as concrete! Thanks for the workout! My friend and I waited for what felt like an eternity to receive our order, thankfully he was there to support me through this ordeal worthy of one of the Twelve Labors of Hercules! The waiter arrived, looking unpleasant and judging us on how we positioned our tote so he could serve us, and gave us a meager order for the price we paid… I eagerly began to enjoy my precious meal when I noticed that my burger, which I had ordered without onions, was full of countless pieces! This made the burger taste absolutely revolting to my poor palate, which craves good flavor. Similarly, my friend had the unfortunate surprise of finding ice cubes in his drink, even though he had ordered it without! A disgrace! The failure to respect our orders prevented us from having the excellent meal we had originally planned! We were just finishing our abhorrent meal when it came time to clear our trays. I saw the overflowing bins, the stench assaulting my nostrils, and viruses and bacteria teeming in this foul mess of leftovers! There wasn't even enough room to put my tray down, causing it to fall over and getting soaked with melted ice cubes. I pray to God I don't get sick. That sums up the horrible McDonald's in Les Minimes: an unsanitary and disrespectful place!

30/11/2025: I've ordered from them twice now and the order was nothing like what I ordered. I'm never going back. That's it.

17/01/2026: Outrageous. Three mistakes in the last three times, this is too much. I went on the evening of January 16th, there were maybe 10 of us in the McDonald's... it took 30 minutes to be served for two meals, they forgot one of the three sandwiches we ordered so we had to point it out, and to top it all off, they gave us a Big Mac instead of a Crispy! We went to point it out again, the cashier claimed he couldn't make our Crispy because he was out of chicken... Otherwise, they forced us to get a Big Mac even though I don't like it. The people next to us had the same problem, they got their orders wrong... They left, not happy. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it, this McDonald's has been in total decline for a year. I'm done with them, I'll go to the one in Rochefort or the one on the island, but never again the one in Marennes.

11/01/2026: The price has become outrageous, the hamburgers are tiny, squashed, and completely unappetizing. We had to eat in our winter coats because the restaurant was so freezing. In short, we'll never go back to McDonald's.

02/09/2024: Very nice taste experience. Warm welcome at the start of the evening, the restaurant fills up very quickly from 7:30 p.m. A beautiful varied menu, several meal options possible. The shrimp plancha is fabulous, divinely measured spices give this starter a unique flavor. The cooking is very well mastered, also for the octopus fricassee served in good quantity (which is rare these days), rich in flavors and perfectly made. The service is very correct and cordial, the bill reasonable. I will go back without hesitation.
