We booked a birthday meal for 12 people, and for a €50 menu, we received inedible foie gras, bland meat, undercooked vegetables, and a poached apple instead of a crumble. There were no tablecloths on the tables, and the hygiene was appalling. In short, clearly not up to standard! I will not be returning and would not recommend L'Atelier des Quais.

I recommend this establishment. A charming young bartender, a professional at making good cocktails, a lovely place, but nothing to nibble on, not even a peanut, which is a shame.

20/03/2026: It will be a beautiful store once the shelves are in place.
Passing through the area, we had a bit of trouble in this store; it was a real mess, all the shelves mixed up. Understandable, given it's a new layout... It would have been wise to have two people stationed to direct you to the shelves when you're looking for the cream for 15 minutes (it's very long) and it's located in an airlock; it was almost like a treasure hunt! 😅

10/08/2024: En visite dans la région, nous avons trouvé le lieu parfait pour un plat rapide en famille. La nourriture est très bonne, les patrons accueillants, souriants et attentionnés. La petite salle à l'étage est très agréable. Un excellent kebab à recommander à Cognac.

Même le menu végétarien est très bon
Mon fils s y rend de temps en temps et c est lui qui nous a fait découvrir un bon kebab à Cognac
