29/10/2025: We ordered the €45 and €40 set menus. For starters, we had salmon and calf's head. Both were excellent. For our main courses, we had ribeye steak with butternut squash purée. We also had sweetbreads with purée (at an extra charge), which were very good as well. The portions were generous and well-presented. We had ice cream for dessert. The service was efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant.

21/02/2026: Being sick, I asked my girlfriend to buy me a sandwich with a brownie.
The sandwich wasn't the right one, so I called and they checked with my girlfriend.
The result was the correct sandwich made again, and a free brownie and two cookies.
I felt I had to leave a review following the handling of the complaint and the customer service.
Have a good weekend and thank you again.
06/01/2026: The manager (the fat guy with the beard) quibbled over some raw vegetables and didn't even say hello.
One extra star to give courage to the new employee who's being spoken to rudely.

09/02/2026: Admittedly, the hotel isn't brand new, but I've been a guest for many years. The bedding has been replaced and is very comfortable! It's clean! The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant! And the chef prepares delicious meat and fish dishes...and desserts with amazing flavors!!! I recommend the pineapple... My congratulations to the entire team for their dedication!!! It's close to the highway, but you don't hear the cars because the rooms are well soundproofed! I recommend it.
