11/02/2026: I stopped by this wonderful bar tonight. I've been in Brive for training since Monday, and honestly, I have to admit, I was bored out of my mind until I discovered them. I met Macsance, Morgane, and Samara. Honestly, it's almost midnight as I'm posting this, and I had an incredible time. They are so kind, friendly, and welcoming—I've rarely experienced anything like it, and that's coming from a Breton! Go there without hesitation if you're looking for a place to eat in Brive. Not only are there events throughout the week, but on top of that, your drinks will be well served. The place is very clean, and the service is outstanding. These three people I met definitely deserve a raise. I hope their boss reads this. I can't wait to come back tomorrow night. Have a great evening!

29/10/2025: We ordered the €45 and €40 set menus. For starters, we had salmon and calf's head. Both were excellent. For our main courses, we had ribeye steak with butternut squash purée. We also had sweetbreads with purée (at an extra charge), which were very good as well. The portions were generous and well-presented. We had ice cream for dessert. The service was efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant.

15/02/2026: Pleasant experience, lovely and attentive staff who answer the phone when needed. The homemade breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend it. Clean room, clean and comfortable bedding, towels provided. One small detail: bring your own shower gel as there isn't any. The air conditioning was set to 24°C, we were cold during the night, and we wanted to take a bath but couldn't fill the tub as there was no hot water. A pleasant place to stay, I would gladly return. Thank you to Francis, his wife, and their staff.

10/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay at La Coloniale. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The view of the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. We received a very warm welcome. Breakfast was simple but featured homemade products. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

11/01/2026: I often stop at bakeries during my travels for a coffee and pastry break. I'm going to add this one to my list of favorites. A warm welcome, which is already a big plus, and the coffee and products are good.
