McDonald's
Dijon
09/10/2026: Honestly, a 20-minute wait for a sundae when there was nobody there at 2 PM! And I went through the drive-thru. Plus, for an ice cream that cost €4.10, half of it was missing!
07/10/2026: Evening of October 6th, only 3 staff members to cook, serve, and take payments...
The poor people were insulted and spoken to rudely; the atmosphere was terrifying.
What is McDonald's doing for its employees?
We waited 40 minutes to be served.

McDonald's
Dijon
15/09/2026: It’s a standard McDonald’s
Exactly what you expect
Clean & tidy. Good parking
10/09/2026: Today at the drive-thru, we waited over 25 minutes with no movement of the line. We tried calling, but no one answered.
No staff came to inform us of what was happening.
We all turned back; our lunch break was limited, and at 1:30 PM, we couldn't wait any longer.
Unfortunately, I had to go back to work without having eaten, which is a shame.

McDonald's
Dijon
12/09/2026: 21 minutes to prepare and bring an order on a not busy Saturday. The guys are just not bothered to work. This is Slow-Food.
10/09/2026: Hello,
Over 30 minutes of waiting.
That's very long. It's a shame. The service needs improvement.

La Brioche Doree
Dijon
31/08/2026: The person in charge is far from up to the task.
22/08/2026: Appalling customer service and dreadful saleswomen. Special mention to the manager, so proud of her demonstration: explaining to me that a payment made at 7:28 pm deprived me of the 50% discount… which is false, in addition to conveniently omitting any mention of the promotion. Did you really think I was going to turn a blind eye to your attitude and the lack of professionalism of your staff? Scammers.

Café Hugo
Dijon
