14/05/2026: What a discovery! The decor is cozy and welcoming, the platters are generous, and each photo shows the portion size for one person. But for both novices and connoisseurs, the owner and his team are brimming with knowledge and passion for wine and our local region. An extraordinary wine collection; I highly recommend the blind tasting.

08/05/2026: We just had a wonderful evening with a blind tasting of five wines, which allowed us to taste extraordinary old vintages of great wines (1994, 2004, 1975, etc.). The concept is exceptional for wine lovers! And the young servers are truly passionate and enjoy sharing their knowledge! The price seems high, but given the wines we tasted, it's absolutely worth it! Plus, there was a platter of delicious treats... 5 stars!

18/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The dishes are beautifully presented, and the visual appeal matches the delicious taste. Everything is homemade. The menus change daily depending on what's fresh at the market. There's a choice between a meat dish and a vegetarian option, something to please everyone. The dining room is welcoming, you feel right at home, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Just remember to book ahead; this place seems to be popular!

10/05/2026: New owner, we won't be going back. The waiter was very unpleasant, and the portions were tiny. My sister-in-law ordered roast beef with carrots (she can't eat rice), and she got overcooked roast beef and half a carrot. The rest was good, but we left hungry.

22/04/2026: We rented a beer dispenser for our wedding. The service was excellent, pickup and return were very easy, and everything was provided (dispenser and reusable cups). We only paid for the kegs we opened, and the beer was delicious! We highly recommend it if you have an event with a large number of guests.

30/06/2026: What a fantastic evening! Jeff was an outstanding host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were truly spoiled throughout the entire evening with warm hospitality and genuine attention to detail. The selection of freshly prepared dishes was excellent, everything was delicious and clearly made with great care. The wines were perfectly chosen and complemented the food beautifully. What really made the experience special was the atmosphere. Jeff has a remarkable way of making his guests feel completely at home, turning a great meal into a memorable evening. There was absolutely nothing to criticize, and considering the quality of the food, wine, and hospitality, the price was more than fair. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

09/06/2026: A rare moment of cuisine, hospitality, and delicious natural wines. On the menu: an INCREDIBLE celery carpaccio with leek oil (what a devilish combination!), a harmonious blend of textures and flavors with toasted buckwheat groats and lemon zest. This was followed by the delight of chicken karaage (a marvel of marinade, then frying). Unreasonably, this was followed by a beef tataki, perfectly seasoned and playing with textures thanks to the roasted peanut and the delicately oiled Parmesan shaving. The meal concluded simply beautifully with homemade ice cream, left to develop the perfect texture and temperature. Excuse my strong language, but I was helped by the delicious natural wines (a white Ardèche wine—I've forgotten the grape variety!), an exceptional Chardonnay (I've forgotten the producer!), and an Aligoté.

09/06/2026: We had a lovely time at this very well-located hotel! We were in Room 3, in the main building, and enjoyed a large room, huge bathroom and comfortable bed with high quality linens. The view on the square below was very cool. When the square is bustling on a Friday night, it can be a little loud, but I would have never traded the view. (I just popped on my sound machine app). Best of all was the service: Every worker we encountered was very friendly, kind and helpful. They also anticipated our needs, which is the mark of great service. This hotel is located right in the heart of everything. Super close to the Saturday market and many many restaurants, cafes and shopping. Breakfast was included, so we enjoyed breakfast every morning. ($35 if not included). So many delicious choices; we were hardly hungry for lunch. The hotel arranged a last-minute driver so we could get to Dijon; the car was luxe and the driver was kind and professional. I can’t think of anything I would have changed about our four-night stay.

06/06/2026: Exceptional service- so friendly and inviting our entire stay from every staff member. We could not imagine wanting for more- every imaginable need was met and exceeded. The rooms were immaculate, cozy, gorgeous, and well laid out. We had a group of 3 teenagers with us parents…and they were very welcomed and loved the hotel as much as us. Highly recommend for a couples getaway, family getaway, amazing access to Burgandy, easy fun in Beaune, etc. the restaurants were exceptional-honestly no need to stray even those phenomenal bakeries and restaurants seconds away. we cannot wait to come back one day!!! This is everyone’s dream vacation trip & this hotel and staff are why it is so!
