03/03/2026: Kosan is a must-try in Saint-Brieuc, boasting a modern and inviting aesthetic and serving quality fast food. The fries are perfectly crispy, and the kebab is generously filled with both meat and sauce. Every bite is a delight, especially considering the affordable prices. The service is impeccable, courteous, and friendly. The meal is served promptly. A must-stop if you're in Saint-Brieuc and love kebabs.

27/12/2025: Very good kebabs, very tasty, and homemade sauces. A little pricey, but that's the price you pay when you don't want mass-produced food. We thoroughly enjoyed them!

27/02/2026: A wonderful memory! For my second stay at the Hotel Edgar, I'm delighted to see that not only is the establishment still of high quality, but many of the services have also improved significantly! The reception staff were very attentive, asking if I wanted to use the spa (5 Mondes is a resounding yes!). I had already booked a table, as the restaurant is renowned and recommended by Michelin (among others). The room was worthy of a 5-star boutique hotel, with tasteful, elegant decor and impeccable cleanliness. A small change since my last stay: the in-room tea was Breton and delicious, and the capsule coffee was also Breton. Breakfast was perfect, with a wide selection of local products, homemade cakes (a special mention for the chocolate fondant), gravlax salmon, Breton cheeses and yogurts—again, flawless, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The Edgar massage (Californian) was pure bliss and the perfect ending to my second stay in Brittany. I will definitely be back!

27/02/2026: Well, I'm clearly very disappointed! This is my second time staying here. The first time, I had a tiny room on the ground floor, a while back, I admit, with a barred window; I felt like I was in prison. This time, I booked a room on a higher floor, thinking it would be nice! But not at all, what a disappointment. I got an accessible room when there were regular rooms available. Since I was so disgusted, we decided not to change rooms. The next morning, the girl couldn't understand why I'd been given that room when others were available. The receptionist told me, "But it's mandatory, sir, all hotels must have accessible rooms," and she was right. However, I wasn't allowed to park in the accessible parking space in front of the hotel. I took a shower in the evening, and it was simple: there was water everywhere. If I wanted to go back to the toilet in the bathroom, I had to wear sneakers the whole time because the floor was soaked throughout the entire bathroom. And of course, when I got out, I got water all over the room. One of the bathroom lights was out, the radiator remote was broken, and my key card for the entrance door malfunctioned twice, forcing me to go back down to reception to top it up. The room and bathroom were extremely humid, which isn't surprising. Breakfast was very basic, in my opinion. The only positive point was the receptionist this morning; she was very nice. The poor woman couldn't do anything about it and didn't understand why I'd been put in such a room! I tried again, but I won't be back. I'd rather travel further, but I won't stay with you again.
