23/03/2026: We had dinner as a family at Les Planches (2 adults, a teenager, and a child). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, the service was excellent, and the setting was perfect. We had a wonderful evening; I highly recommend it!

We always have a wonderful time there! It's like stepping through the door and experiencing a truly delightful experience. We've known this restaurant for so long that it's practically part of our city's history! At least, that's my opinion!
Your new decor is absolutely beautiful! We love it! And we're always so happy to come back and enjoy your delicious food!

14/02/2026: A disappointing restaurant. A first for us, and tonight's Valentine's Day meal was tasteless. Bland. Unappetizing. The first surprise: a set menu! We weren't informed of this when we made the reservation!
For starters, doughnuts that had clearly been fried in oil for several hours. Cheese naan that was incredibly heavy. I've never seen anything like it! A sauce accompanying the prawns, a fluorescent pink that was as flashy as it was bland! Overcooked, dry lamb. A fruit salad that wasn't really a salad, with a scoop of ice cream that seemed to appear out of nowhere. The waiters were friendly but completely unprofessional. No privacy. We were practically sitting on top of each other. Not to mention the constant coming and going of Uber Eats delivery drivers!
In short, we were very, very disappointed with this meal. We won't be back. Shalimar is much better!

15/12/2025: A very unpleasant experience at this bar/tobacconist today. I thought that a customer who makes the effort to come and buy something at this bar was entitled to at least a greeting in response to mine, but apparently that wasn't the case with the woman at the till who completely ignored me, acting as if I didn't exist. Appalling service, avoid at all costs
26/09/2025: Nice little bar/tobacco shop, reasonable prices, a great welcome, a well-located terrace...
Snacks available...here's a poke bowl, filet mignon with vegetables, croque monsieur/goat cheese, chicken purée.... top-notch cuisine!

17/04/2026: The smell was nauseating, unbearable for eating in the restaurant.
11/04/2026: We're sorry, we regret, we're sorry... Blah blah blah... Always the same responses to negative reviews, and yet, no improvement. I agree with the other negative reviews about the cleanliness, the cooking, and the value for money at the Mendes location, but I won't dwell on that today.
Today, I want to vent about my son's disappointment. He was so excited to go to the cinema to see Super Mario Galaxy and then eat at McDonald's to get the movie-themed meal and, most importantly... discover the toy he was going to get... Except that when we arrived at 1:30 pm, there were signs taped to the kiosks saying "Mario toys out of stock"... Imagine our son's sadness; it broke our hearts. Shame on this establishment, out of stock at 1:30 pm. Shame on you! What a Happy Meal!! None of that...
Take your child to Disney and there's no Mickey Mouse. It's unthinkable...
And McDonald's, with its supposedly excellent customer service, could have offered to let customers come back later with their receipt to get the Mario toy or coin. But no, that's it, that's just how it is, happy or not, it's all the same.
Well, no, you understand, it wouldn't have been manageable for them. They're already struggling with toy stock on a Saturday at 1:30 pm, so imagine trying to satisfy the current customers plus the latecomers. What a joke!
But where did the Ronald McDonald era of the 90s go? Gone, unfortunately.
So it's over, goodbye McDonald's!!

- products never available
- place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene)
- repeated errors
A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions.
I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

Dirty restaurant, I can't even imagine the state of the kitchens.
When I saw the state of the room, I quickly left!

07/09/2024: Très bon acceuil et plats excellents avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix donc tres satisfait de cette expérience.
Le petit bémol, c'est que c'est situé dans une zone industrielle
24/08/2024: Super service, et c'était très bon, du début à la fin, allez y sans hésiter. J'ai pris un Burger végé avec une galette de betterave hyper originale et délicieuse.
