22/07/2026: All the dishes were excellent, entirely homemade with original and creative recipes. The service was efficient and friendly. Finally, the shaded terrace is perfect for hot weather! A must-try!

18/07/2026: A truly excellent place: fresh produce, combinations you rarely see... it's daring, it's creative, it's almost like prose! The setting is fantastic, it makes you forget the heatwave, and the staff is pleasant without being intrusive. Don't just go, run there!

12/09/2026: We stopped here twice after visiting the local market. Incredibly friendly service. The lady was kind enough to make my mother an “English style” latte 😂. The bakery bits were all lovely and the espresso was good as well! Nice patio to sit out on in the shade even when it’s very hot.

26/08/2026: A truly delightful and idyllic setting, the atmosphere is fantastic, you really feel like you're there! Both the savory and sweet dishes are delicious, with a special mention for the carrot cake! I highly recommend it.

The setting is superb, the room comfortable (good bedding), the breakfast plentiful and varied, the half-board excellent (different dishes are offered every day, all very good and generous; the price of half-board is very reasonable considering the quantity and quality). And the staff are very pleasant. A fond memory of the Dordogne.

22/08/2026: Beautiful setting, but poor soundproofing The location is very pleasant, nestled in lush greenery, ideal for unwinding. The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly clean. The major drawback is the noise level: the soundproofing is poor, doors slam constantly, and the air conditioning is very noisy. Absolutely avoid the rooms at the top of the stairs, unless you want to endure constant noise between 7 and 9 a.m. As for meals, breakfast is very basic (industrial pastries, average cold cuts). However, the hotel restaurant more than makes up for this by offering high-quality gourmet dishes. A place with a superb setting and excellent cuisine, but marred by the noise.

23/06/2026: Wonderful welcome from our hosts and excellent friendly hospitality throughout our 7 night stay. Lovely people. Our room a Superior Studio upstairs overlooking the pool was spotless, spacious and very well appointed. Excellent shower and nice to have the kitchen area with a full size fridge. Outside our room we had a spacious private terrace with table and chairs etc. The restaurant service is very friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. Because we were there for 7 nights, Christophe cooked for us "off menu". Something we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a brilliant base for exploring the area. A big thank you to Marina, Christophe and the team!

The layout of the accommodation is original, very intimate, and tastefully decorated. The food is very good, and the three people in the dining room are helpful, professional, and fantastic...well done!

27/08/2026: Oh, I just love this bar. A must visit. We stumbled across this location (up a steep side street), and found a true local establishment of charm and eccentricity. Unpretentious and casual, you order at the bar, sit wherever, and feel at home. The staff was delightful, the dog amusingly unfriendly (but also very well managed in a separated space), and the local blond beer was fresh and absolutely delicious. Don't expect to be pandered to any rudeness tolerated, but instead your good manners will bring out a fantastic local experience that you will remember. Thank you so much for your great hospitality (twice, as we had to visit a second time!)

16/08/2026: We had a small glass of dry white Muscadet sur lie, which went very well with our figs stuffed with foie gras, while waiting for the restaurant scheduled for 9pm
