They made a mistake with the sandwiches, the drinks, and the meal was cold.
31/03/2024: At 10:05 p.m. we arrive at the drive-thru we want ice cream, we are told that they stop serving ice cream from 10 p.m. unbelievable for a Saturday evening anyway!!

28/03/2024: As usual, something is missing from the order, always obliged to check before leaving because last time my husband did not check and 2 items were also missing plus the child's toy. After a call we were told to come back, Yes, we just have to go back on the road to eat cold afterwards.
Please tell the staff that there is a book or toy in the children's menu, it's not complicated.
Too bad it's the closest McDonald's, we're going to try the new KFC because we're fed up with your mistakes every time!

I am a regular customer every Wednesday, my visit today arrived at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday first customer a long wait staff in the kitchen long hair without cap I think this is not very hygienic.

Already upon arriving, no classic signs, not even a banner on a post, what follows is a dilapidated, dirty, degraded establishment, remaining in the 80s including painting, still with no-smoking zone signs, rickety electrical wires, toilets almost out of order and dirty (only 2 for everyone including 1 without a lock) 1 tiny and dirty children's game, furniture in agony and more than questionable food/drink, don't go there, to put it simply.

05/04/2024: My time at KFC was a delicious experience from start to finish. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty. The chicken pieces were perfectly crispy, and the accompaniments were perfectly seasoned. I particularly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend KFC to any fried chicken lovers looking for a delicious and comforting meal.

Tables too dirty to be able to eat there but as soon as you enter this restaurant, the disorder sets the tone....
Too bad because the place is nice....

Be served quickly and practically.
The parking is not practical, 75% of the terminals are out of order and the staff is not really fast.

28/03/2024: My experience eating in 10 minutes with a jacket on because it's very cold inside. I don't recommend at all that it's food and atmosphere.
Ps I prefer a good taco with the family at home.

31/03/2024: I went to eat at McDonald's around 4:30 p.m. what a mistake... cleaned tables, cold meal, box of nuggets without nuggets, missing gift, and missing sauces... and I was not alone in this case, you should never come at off-peak times in this McDonald's I have the impression.

45min wait at the drive-thru for 3 mcfirst chicken and beef menus and on top of the wait they made a mistake by putting fish in it...
Yet the employees inside didn't seem to be in a hurry!
Bravo, great organization within this brand.

04/04/2024: Order received completely crushed when we call politely we are looked down upon by the person who picks up as if it was our fault, and when we try to call back because in addition two products are missing from the order they hang up on us or we picks up and we are put on silent, just unacceptable
