06/12/2025: Friday evening I went to the drive-thru to pick up some food. After a very long wait, we were finally served. The order totaled around 80 euros: 2 buckets, 2 meals, fries, and 3 ice creams. Back home, surprise, surprise, the Kentucky Fried Burger was missing! I should have checked there, because this is the second time something has been missing when I go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. Lesson learned, next time I'll go to Pepe Chicken; it's more expensive, but their orders are complete...
05/12/2025: The service and preparation were extremely slow… more than 40 minutes of waiting for fast food is far too long…

20/01/2026: It's McDonald's, what else! The staff are nice.
11/01/2026: I stopped there because I was looking for a quick and efficient restaurant (McDonald's was the obvious choice).
The meal was served quite quickly considering the number of customers in the restaurant.
The waitstaff were friendly and energetic.
The dining area is a bit noisy, but that's all relative.
Note: I went there on a Sunday at 8:15 PM.

03/02/2026: A very unpleasant waitress spoke rudely to us, some items were missing, and if I can describe her, she was a woman in her forties who told us the sauces were extra. A kind gentleman gave them to us for free; honestly, don't ask her! 👎👎
01/02/2026: I won't talk about the food, everyone knows it. I prefer to give an opinion on the restaurant itself. So 50 minutes spent in this restaurant and during this time I didn't see a single crew member cleaning the tables after the customers left. It's roulette: either you have a clean table or a table with traces of the previous occupants. The trash, then it's a disaster, full of trays, some of which weren't emptied, glasses containing spilled drink remains, the trash can is full, trash on the floor... All this under the gaze of the crew members who continue their table service without reacting. As for the toilets, it's okay. But honestly, just because you're dining in a fast food restaurant doesn't mean you have to put up with this hygiene, which really leaves something to be desired. Considering the price McDonald's costs now, we have the right to expect a different service. And McDonald's, which wants to be a restaurant like any other, well, there's still work to be done.

22/01/2026: The music was too loud, we couldn't hear each other speak. I asked for it to be turned down, but no one heard me.

30/01/2026: Two weeks ago, I went to the McDonald's at Cora to order a fish Happy Meal. When I got home, I received a cheeseburger meal, potatoes instead of fries, and a Coke instead of an Oasis. I figured to err, so I didn't leave a review.
Last night, I went back to the drive-thru of the same McDonald's. At the kiosk, a friendly young man took my order, but it was the same young woman as the first time who served me. And there, once again, several mistakes: she gave me two cheeseburger meals instead of two double fish meals, potatoes instead of fries, and only one drink cup when I had ordered two.
I was parked at the drive-thru, and I had to tap on the window three times to point out the successive errors. Each time she handed me the bag, an item was missing. She wasn't very friendly and sighed as if I were bothering her. She finally gave me the fries and the second Coke, which is what I had ordered. But when I got home, I discovered that the second drink was… water, even though I had ordered two Cokes and, of course, paid a sugary drink surcharge for them, only to end up with the same water that comes out of my tap.
There's clearly a serious lack of professionalism.
And to top it all off, this employee wasn't even wearing a hairnet, unlike the others, which shows a real lack of attention to detail.
29/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They've changed the price of the €5 menu, which isn't actually €5 anymore, while other places still offer the same €5 menu. I've already ordered it twice, once charged €7.50 and once €7. I'm completely baffled; nobody can tell you the exact price or what's included!
And today at 2:30 PM, I ordered four nuggets for €4 and, using my loyalty program, a fish fillet. They deducted 50 points, but there was no sandwich on my tray! 😱 Then they told me (with proof of my points on my card and the points deducted from the machine) that there was no manager available to do anything and to send an email. "I already had this problem this week, but I can't do anything," they said. Okay, give me the email address then. They don't even know where to write! HELP! I'm a huge McDonald's fan, but there are just too many things that aren't right anymore!
You quickly forget that Quick is right across the street!
