06/10/2025: The service is amazing, it's delicious, you really have to try it, you won't regret it. They always greet you with a smile. I recommend it 100%! It's always a delight to eat there, the staff are top-notch, and they even fill your sandwich!

Beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly. Reasonable prices.

17/03/2026: The menus are poorly designed; it's just a loss leader, and everything is geared towards making you order à la carte and therefore pay more… I don't recommend it.
08/03/2026: The waitress was quite nice and pleasant, no complaints about the service. The children's menu was decent. However, the rest of the dishes were a huge disappointment.
I ordered a poke bowl that was frankly awful: the mango and avocado were bad, the rice was soggy and tasted like boiled rice… I practically left it all. The €28 ribeye steak was also very disappointing, and the chimichurri sauce that came with it was truly terrible.
We usually take pictures of our food in restaurants, but we were so disappointed that we didn't even bother.
When the waitress came to clear our table, she asked if everything was alright. I explained that the poke bowl was really bad, but there was no gesture or reaction whatsoever. The owner was right there, he overheard the conversation, and he didn't even come over.
In the end, a very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it.

Weekly set menu at €21: starter + main course or main course + dessert. The menu includes an amuse-bouche. Quick and efficient service. My favorite place to stop when I have meetings or business lunches in Chartres.

13/03/2026: Once again, my caramel KitKat McFlurry turned into a chocolate one without a KitKat 🤬🤬 Do I have to make them myself? €5 down the drain
13/02/2026: Tonight we ordered takeout. There are seven of us eating at the table, and the order came to almost €100, so the price is already quite high. On top of that, our order was botched; a complete meal was missing, and we ordered seven Maxi Best Of meals but only received small fries and small drinks. I think this is disrespectful to customers, and we're not the first to complain about things like this.
We even called McDonald's to find out what the problem was, and they called us liars. It's already getting more and more expensive, so if we don't get our complete order, we're going to have a problem. Tonight we wanted to treat ourselves to start the school holidays, but we all left disappointed.

29/01/2026: I tried again after years because it was a disaster. Another crazy experience tonight: I get home and a 280 sandwich and a wrap are missing. Too late, so I paid for nothing again.
Avoid at all costs, completely unprofessional!

23/03/2026: If you come with a 50 euro note, forget it, you can leave. I've never seen anything like it, they don't accept 50 euro notes. Maybe a 100 or 500 euro note, I could understand, but this is really something.
22/03/2026: Overall, it's good, but I deplore the extra charges as soon as you want an additional sauce or a sugary soft drink.

18/03/2026: A clean restaurant with fast service and smiling staff. It's not fine dining, but good fast food!
12/03/2026: We went to the drive-thru on Saturday, March 7th, and our experience was disastrous. Upon arrival, our order was taken at the kiosks. Then, we were stuck for 45 minutes on the side of the restaurant without ANY information from the staff. When we finally got to the register after 45 minutes, we were told that our orders had been lost and that we had to start all over again. They told us they couldn't tell us how much longer we would have to wait. We were traveling with three young children in two cars. We ended up leaving without receiving any apologies, explanations, or, most importantly, without our meals!
