08/09/2024: My boyfriend and I went to McDonald's last night. Sandwich taken in common (cheese) and obviously food poisoning. It's been a long time since this happened to me with them.

08/09/2024: After more than 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting we despaired and asked for a refund of the order, again we had to wait 1 hour!! And with no result, it was impossible to be reimbursed because the machine did not give us a ticket, there were no more papers... with a 3 year old child! This is absolutely not fast food! To flee..

17/12/2024: I came on a Tuesday noon, a very unfriendly multi-purpose employee brought me my order, white blond with mustache brown eyes, not a hello, and snatched the easel from my hand without any embarrassment! Don’t stop looking badly, we should review the behavior of certain crew members!

17/12/2024: I didn't remember why I hadn't gone to eat there for so many years.,!!! This evening due to hunger and late hours with no other possibilities.... Alas!!!! I stopped there. And so I now remember why I would never try to eat this kind of food again.

28/01/2025: I arrived at 9:35 at the restaurant and the Person at the reception was kind enough to Serve me a coffee despite opening at 10am All with a smile and even On the spot! Thank you for this good start to the day

25/01/2025: CATASTROPHIC birthday!! I reserved the date 2 weeks ago, the manager sold me a birthday party with entertainer, activity, meal and cake for a price of €6 per child. Finally arriving at 2:45 p.m. for a party that was supposed to start at 3 p.m., I noticed that nothing had been done. At 3:30 p.m. he finally starts preparing. A waitress places a “Tablecloth” and some modeling clay on a table which, by the way, were dry. The meal arrives, no one serves the children, no entertainer is there! the activity that was supposed to be a treasure hunt will ultimately not take place because I quote “the room is too small” and no accessories were ordered. I am also told that the price is not simply €6 per child but €6 per head plus everything the children have consumed. After a long conversation a “business gesture” was made. I finally paid €6 per child without extra and an unfortunate bag was offered to the children but I will never have a birthday there again! It’s shameful!!!

06/09/2024: Order to take away and disappointed. We realize when we get home that the drinks are not the right ones. What a shame

02/09/2024: I think the Anet site is getting worse and worse... Friendliness, seriousness, speed... Make them wait several minutes during the drive order, without apologizing. Obliged to repeat. It wasn't crazy, we were just 2 cars in the process... Tonight's DT54 command does not thank you, nor does it say see you soon...

12/12/2025: 2 Happy Meals, no toys for the 2, nice for children who generally only wait for that…

08/12/2025: The customer service is terrible and really needs improvement! The food is really not good either and needs improvement! The atmosphere is incredibly stressful; avoid this place at all costs!!!!

30/08/2024: Getting worse and worse! 8€ for these 2 half-filled ice creams. Unable to provide a photo letter to support my review, it was a sundae and a flurry.

29/08/2024: I ordered a salad to take away. no sauce no cutlery. nice meal with your fingers! I had a voucher from the Chartres cinema entitling me to a sandwich for the purchase of a maxi best of menu. I took a maxi best of mac nuggets menu for 9€70 (I looked at the price later). I wanted a 280 sandwich but the waitress told me that it was not possible because the 280 alone is more expensive than the nuggets menu except I just looked also, the 280 sandwich is 7€20 so less expensive than the menu that I had taken. so I opted for a mac first sandwich. I went to McDonald's for my children, we're not ready to go back.
