18/02/2026: Very disappointed. The starter of the day: potato and herring fillet for 14 euros is unacceptable. The entire meal was very average for 106 euros for two people. Not recommended.

06/12/2025: Friday evening I went to the drive-thru to pick up some food. After a very long wait, we were finally served. The order totaled around 80 euros: 2 buckets, 2 meals, fries, and 3 ice creams. Back home, surprise, surprise, the Kentucky Fried Burger was missing! I should have checked there, because this is the second time something has been missing when I go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. Lesson learned, next time I'll go to Pepe Chicken; it's more expensive, but their orders are complete...

05/12/2025: The service and preparation were extremely slow… more than 40 minutes of waiting for fast food is far too long…

13/02/2026: Tonight we ordered takeout. There are seven of us eating at the table, and the order came to almost €100, so the price is already quite high. On top of that, our order was botched; a complete meal was missing, and we ordered seven Maxi Best Of meals but only received small fries and small drinks. I think this is disrespectful to customers, and we're not the first to complain about things like this. We even called McDonald's to find out what the problem was, and they called us liars. It's already getting more and more expensive, so if we don't get our complete order, we're going to have a problem. Tonight we wanted to treat ourselves to start the school holidays, but we all left disappointed.

13/02/2026: Recurring problems at the drive-thru. The order placed does not match the order received. The Golden Menu is missing, and all the Maxi Menus are just the Best Of. And one menu was forgotten—one of our children watched us eat?!?!?!?!?! Frustrating phone call, no response from customer service. I won't be going back anytime soon.

16/02/2026: Correct compared to some establishments of the same name or type.

29/01/2026: I tried again after years because it was a disaster. Another crazy experience tonight: I get home and a 280 sandwich and a wrap are missing. Too late, so I paid for nothing again. Avoid at all costs, completely unprofessional!

22/02/2026: Passing through on our way to our holiday destination, we ordered two coffees and five donuts to go. One coffee was cold and three out of the five donuts were cold. I used to trust McDonald's, but not anymore. Plus, the staff wasn't very welcoming!

19/02/2026: A wonderful place for a quick meal and a real time-saver to enjoy before or after shopping at Leclerc Barjouville. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, with excellent food and service. I really love it! 😉

03/02/2026: A very unpleasant waitress spoke rudely to us, some items were missing, and if I can describe her, she was a woman in her forties who told us the sauces were extra. A kind gentleman gave them to us for free; honestly, don't ask her! 👎👎

01/02/2026: I won't talk about the food, everyone knows it. I prefer to give an opinion on the restaurant itself. So 50 minutes spent in this restaurant and during this time I didn't see a single crew member cleaning the tables after the customers left. It's roulette: either you have a clean table or a table with traces of the previous occupants. The trash, then it's a disaster, full of trays, some of which weren't emptied, glasses containing spilled drink remains, the trash can is full, trash on the floor... All this under the gaze of the crew members who continue their table service without reacting. As for the toilets, it's okay. But honestly, just because you're dining in a fast food restaurant doesn't mean you have to put up with this hygiene, which really leaves something to be desired. Considering the price McDonald's costs now, we have the right to expect a different service. And McDonald's, which wants to be a restaurant like any other, well, there's still work to be done.

07/02/2026: We celebrated my son's 6th birthday with them. The welcome was fantastic, and Léa, the party planner, was lovely, patient, and attentive. My son and his friends were thrilled, and so were we! Thanks also to Baptiste, the manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with information and organization. I highly recommend this service. And the price is very reasonable!

31/01/2026: From the moment you walk in, the disorganization and lack of floor cleaning are palpable. I came with my 3-year-old son, and we sat down at a table that was in a sorry state. My order was brought to me, and I asked for the table to be wiped down, but nothing happened. We started eating, and there were no sauces on the tray. I asked for some, but they were like the wiped table—they never arrived. And to top it all off, the small fries in my Best-Of meal. This McDonald's is truly lucky to have no competition in Nogent-le-Rotrou.
