04/03/2026: It is a really cozy place, ideal to sork wit your laptop or read a book (they have like a library). They have one cookie that is gluten free (buckwheat, lemon flavour), but they cook everything together (cross contamination). My boyfriend said the matcha cookie and the coffee were delicious.
06/02/2026: A rare vegetarian/vegan haven where you're warmly welcomed and well-served. A good selection and catering to dietary restrictions, a melting pot where you can choose to work in peace and quiet or mingle with a diverse crowd in relative tranquility. A good selection of teas and coffees... and a very good selection of books from reputable publishers. Fresh, organic, local, vegetarian.
In short, a quality spot for those who want to avoid the blandness of most places... a gem in Brest.

15/01/2025: Le Central is a very friendly little PMU bar where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for playing a few scratch games, even if, let's be honest, we lose all the time. But frankly, that's part of the fun: you scratch, you lose, and if by some miracle you win, you reinvest directly! #KaizenMindset.
Even if I just come for a Breizh Cola, the welcome is always warm and the atmosphere relaxed. It's a perfect little place to spend some time without the hassle.
In short, a must-see if you're in the area and you like simple little joys (and hopes of wealth, even fleeting).
11/01/2025: Very good coffee!!! The waitresses are very smiling and dynamic! The boss is super nice and so is the boss! The bar is large and the counter is also very large. Plus it’s super well located next to Rue de Siam. I like to go there on St LOUIS market day. I recommend!!!😏👍🏼

03/09/2024: Absolutely avoid. So we're going to be more constructive. I asked for eggs with mayonnaise, very good, it was perfect, except for the salad which I wasn't expecting, served in quantity, but cooked, inedible!
Very good turkey escalope and excellent cream, but the single half potato had a bad taste too bad, and again a good pile of salad to garnish, strange in the Normandy escalope…. Oh yes and there the same salad, cooked to throw away…
I go to pay and I very politely ask for a slip since it is a professional meal, the boss coldly retorts: "you might have to pay before asking for a slip", as I had the credit card in hand I have it very badly taken.
And this boss asks me if it went well.
Being a craftsman myself, I can understand that one service can be more complicated than another, it happens and I had no intention of telling him that the salad was disgusting, I didn't order it so I didn't eat it, nothing serious.
But I told him that I didn't appreciate his last remark, he replied that it was humor, he apologized...
Either way, he still took over a restaurant that is excellent because of its cuisine and its restaurant, if you don't know how to do it at least as well, it's better to try your hand elsewhere...
And your commercial sense towards other customers is absolutely deplorable, without a radical change in behavior I fear that you will lose your dearly paid customers.

A beautiful place and impeccable service. A slate that may seem a little expensive but impeccable quality from start to finish.
