11/12/2024: Simply excellent, and this for the 2nd culinary visit since the establishment reopened. The menu is regularly changed, which is almost a shame when you can't come as often as you would like to taste all the dishes.... Carry on....

20/09/2024: Great restaurant located on the quayside. The cuisine is essentially Mediterranean, notably composed of fish and seafood. We literally had a blast!! The dishes are excellent. The fish and seafood are fresh and perfectly cooked. The service is OK, the waitresses are not particularly friendly but the exceptional quality of the dishes offsets this downside.

25/09/2024: I have had the pleasure of going to lunch at “H de Sernhac” several times now and I am never disappointed. From starter to dessert the cuisine is delicious, homemade with a focus on local products. We had a great time (as usual). The welcome is warm and in a good mood. Thanks to the whole team

14/08/2024: Le restaurant propose une cuisine assez classique mais parfaitement exécutée : c'est vraiment très bon, les cuissons sont impeccables. Un régal de l'entrée au dessert. Mention spéciale pour le service, aimable, souriant et efficace ! Le cadre est aussi très agréable : bref une très bonne adresse!

12/08/2024: Serveur très accueillant mais le reste c’est éclaté, la serveuse qui apporte des « mojitos bizarre » ! en effet ils étaient pas bon ! Tartare de bœuf à la moutarde ! Seuls les burgers sont agréables. 1/20 PS : la serveuse devrait changer de voie professionnelle !!! La direction assistée

11/09/2024: Attention, il s'agit d'un resto qui ne propose "que" des salades, ravioles et tartines (très copieuses cependant!). Donc n'y allez pas pour un repas 5 services ;-) Accueil très sympa et produits frais et excellents !

24/08/2024: Being on vacation in the area we found this restaurant following searches on Google. Unfortunately we just went there this evening at 9 p.m. and we discovered that the restaurant is closed contrary to what is indicated on Google. A hand-written sign was posted on the front of the restaurant. Really unfortunate that the information on Google hasn't been updated. This would have saved us unnecessary travel....

22/08/2024: We came for nothing, on vacation even though it was marked open on Google

18/09/2024: We experienced only a cold welcome, and were placed "in line" with a view on the carré. The ambiance of the restaurant was both clean (=not warm) as well as messy (attempt to present a modern bright interior failed in our view). We were served by a waiter who smelled quite heavily (sweat), and also other guests experienced his scent with disgust. Our tarte tatin and saumon tartare were burned and average at best, respectively. The main course (volaille) was not well cooked. One of us got served the meat with raw parts still in it. Service from other waitresses was poor too, lacking interest for our feedback. I'm afraid we were very disappointed in the Carrè de Saveurs. We received a bottle of wine upon exit as token of goodwill for our suffering. Although this was somewhat soothing our temper, the overwhelming conclusion has to be that dining in this restaurant was very disappointing, not living up to its pretentious profile at all. Please do not expect anything close to fine dining. We were genuinely surprised to see that Le Guide Rouge de Michelin handed out its "fork+knife" here.

Les plats proposés sont très goûteux Le site est très joli Petite boutique à l intérieur proposant des tas de petites choses artisanales allant de la poterie aux bijoux en passant par les vêtements Vente également de vin produit sur le site (très bon) et de produits locaux

24/08/2024: We can’t speak highly enough of this cafe. We stayed in the Village for a week and had dinner & drinks 3 times here. Staff and owners fantastic. If you’re fortunate enough to be here on a Friday night when band plays in the square you’re in for fun time including the local pastor on guitar, harmonica and singing and accompanied a wonderful female vocalist. They really got the audience involved Our girls loved the Limoncello spritz. And while you are there pick up some local lavender products. Thanks Melo and be prepared for a pat with Fifi. Superbe!! 31/08/2024: A restaurant offering homemade cuisine, meat and fish of very good quality, everything was tasty and the service impeccable. Welcoming and very friendly staff, not far from the Navacelles circus ❤️ The prime rib is worth the detour and even the dishes for children are generous

30/08/2024: A great family inn with fresh produce and tasty cuisine! Special mention for the pélardon burger and the falafels. The owners and team are very welcoming, it’s always a pleasure to come and eat there!
