The location is magnificent, perched high in the Cévennes mountains.
The cuisine is original, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The service is attentive, discreet, and friendly… the entire menu is crafted with high-quality local ingredients! In short, a place that will leave a lasting impression and be enjoyed without restraint!

24/08/2024: While on vacation in the area, we found this restaurant through a Google search.
Unfortunately, we just went there this evening at 9 p.m. and discovered that the restaurant was closed, contrary to what was indicated on Google.
A handwritten sign was posted on the front of the restaurant.
It's a real shame the information on Google hasn't been updated. It would have saved us an unnecessary trip...

05/06/2025: We have a holiday home in the marina of Aigues-Mortes and we discovered this pizzeria by chance. How lucky! It had been a very long time since we had such good pizzas and they were all highly recommended. The restaurant is a little hidden in the industrial area and the staff is very pleasant! 5 stars from us 👌🏻
