05/09/2024: A deplorable welcome, an order where products that we did not choose are added and billed to us and where we are called liars when we explain that we absolutely did not order that! Impossible to modify the order or anything else and in addition our order receipt is thrown away and cannot be found to allow us to show our good faith! We will therefore frequent other restaurants but not this one!

05/09/2024: Avec Uber est tellement facile de pas mettre la commande complète .. franchement deux sandwichs qui correspondent pas une boissons qui n est pas la bonne et pas la bonne taille donc on perd de l argent une honte

02/09/2024: After waiting over an hour for my order; I received half of my order. No sauces all cold Burgers. I pay more than €50 for not having half of my order. And I'm not even talking about expectations.

31/08/2024: We went to Macdonald Beaucaire to order 5 McSmart + menus. Sad to see that for 5 poor little menus we had to wait more than thirty minutes in the middle of an empty restaurant with a morbid atmosphere where we felt a tense atmosphere between the manager and the employees. But the best surprise was when we got home and I unwrapped the wrap and discovered an ant inside. Curious to have discovered such a surprise having not ordered a happy meal! You will understand that this does not make you want to eat the rest of the menu with an undercooked burger steak and an almost hot drink. Following this we called Macdonald Beaucaire to complain about the situation where we found an understanding manager who promised us a free wrap for the next time. Of course it's complicated to want to return to such a fast food...

01/10/2024: I didn't like it at all. The fries were cold and the burger overcooked.

18/09/2024: I came on September 18 at 9:45 p.m. I placed an order that was supposed to include a McDonald's croc. I only had two slices of bread. And this isn't the first time this has happened. At the price it costs, it's a pain in the ass.

21/08/2024: A éviter absolument serveur qui vous presse pour finir vos consommations. Préfère les tables restaurant plutôt que petit apéro qui peuvent devenir un repas. Cherche les clients dans la rue.

19/09/2024: Often dirty place and with staff with completely damaged cleaning squeegees that hold with tape! Mac does not have the financing for this type of purchase? It is the law in France that every employed person must have correct conditions to work. The law penalizes this type of thing it is called health and safety at work so stop multimillionaire employer we react and employee defend yourself communicate we always have the choice!

21/09/2024: Slow and poorly managed service. The fries were cold and we didn't get any sauces. The worst Macdonald's I have visited.

13/09/2024: Disappointed it's long, cold fries I ask to change them they give me others even colder. We have the impression of disturbing here so last time for me.
