22/09/2024: Really very disappointed because today we ordered online in our hamburger we found very green tomatoes and in addition in our order we asked for additional sauces. Well in the end we didn't have any sauce or napkin.

You pay for a 10-ball menu with a hamburger that is sold as large and well-stocked and you end up with something as small as a double cheese. Even my daughter's hamburger on her €5 menu was bigger. 09/12/2025: The staff is beyond unpleasant. We asked for changes to our burgers, and they were unable to make them because they supposedly don't have the right. Your food arrived looking like it came straight from the freezer. They can't even tell the difference between a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. The staff needs to be re-evaluated because we were ready to punch them! It's shameful and pathetic.

Impossible to modify the order or anything else and in addition our order receipt is thrown away and cannot be found to allow us to show our good faith! We will therefore frequent other restaurants but not this one!

20/01/2025: Visited on Sunday January 19th and surprised to have to eat outside…. In fact everyone eats outside (reduced staff costs saved for the restaurant but then the customer takes second place). So what about fries that are already not very hot 😐. Not to mention the wrong sandwich served…. In short, far from memorable.🤷

I'm doing it again 1 year later, paying 4 euros more for 2 double big Macs , and end up with just 2 simple big Macs... unfortunately we only realize this at home? And this is not the first time, between the 30 minutes of waiting each time, the mistakes each time, the cold and uncooked soft fries, I now go to the one in Lunel, too bad, no more driving but at less less error... I still have trouble being fooled every time when you order a double and end up with the single, my opinion last year was the same, scam on scam, I want to believe that to err is human but at the price we paid for it I find it a shame and above all that I am not the only one complaining about all his errors..
