Long service. The waitress/boss waited for us to finish our glasses of wine to bring dessert. Why not ask ourselves if she could bring the sequel?
Refusal to give a carafe of water (it's obvious that at €6 for a 50 cl bottle that's a loss of income).
Does not seem visibly informed of the law of January 1, 2022 which requires restaurateurs, cafe owners, bistro owners to provide free access to drinking water.
Did not accept the mention of this legislation at all and immediately felt attacked and adopted behavior unworthy of a boss with very inappropriate verbal remarks in the face of customers who had just left a nice sum of money.
It is unacceptable. Review your behavior.

26/03/2024: Were there today, I'm always fair when it comes to judging and giving stars, what was good was the waitress who tried to communicate with us, what was positive was that we were allowed to take our old dog in with us in a stroller, what was good was the two toasts in French which I love, what wasn't good was the cold coffee with milk😏 for some maybe the prices but if I don't want to spend money I don't go to shops like that abroad so I don't understand why some people complain, just stay closed Home, it doesn't cost you anything.

18/03/2024: One of the best Moroccan cuisine restaurants in Alsace, the cuisine is excellent, the products are fresh all the time, we have been eating in this restaurant for years and everything is really good whether it is the lamb skewer couscous or the bricks are the best lunch menus which are never the same, a real treat. the team is attentive and very welcoming. the atmosphere is very warm, it’s like being in the accounts of the Arabian Nights!

02/04/2024: Nice restaurant with drive-thru and ample parking. Beautiful and large room with terrace. Very large stall with a wide choice of both savory and sweet dishes to eat on the go (+ a few dishes). Appreciable value for money. Cordial service.

13/03/2024: Greeted by an Asian woman, I think a small chef from the restaurant who thought she was tall. And I mean a little boss and not a manager. No interest for his client. His ONLY interest was to take the position of his rank during SERVICE AND FACING THE CUSTOMER. By paying little attention to his client.
Inferiority complex ? Or/and some lack of professionalism.
In itself it wasn't a race, I was the only one in charge. So the team BRIEFS I think should be done behind, not in front of the customer. You don't talk to your client as if he were your friend and you pay him a minimum of attention. And above all by saying goodbye to him.
25/02/2024: Very good food and fresh. Bread was so fresh and the staff were very communicative and professional.
