22/03/2024: A dismal experience... I went there one evening at 9:30 p.m. Not a cat. Yet the restaurant was disgusting... As if there had been a tornado passing through there. The disgusting tables, the sticky floor, the overflowing trash cans.... a pigsty I took the opportunity when ordering to ask if it was possible not to put salad in my sandwich. I was alone at the checkout so it's not like there was a rush. The manager at the checkout replied in an aggressive tone that it wasn't possible after consulting the "cook" (if you can call it that). If the health inspector reads this comment, I recommend that he take a look. You risk coming across some gems...

25/03/2024: This 03/25/24 at 11 a.m., 2 of us went to this McDonald's, I ordered at the terminals and had to pay at the counter, after 10 minutes of waiting (even though there was almost no one there), I asked to pay , the drinks person tells me yes, I arrive with an unpleasant tone and goes to see her colleague to tell her you can cash in, Madam psk, she complains (I asked with the polite expressions), the other says to her “well the customers they do as usual, they wait and that's it", I left without paying at Poulaillon, who are extremely pleasant I therefore advise you to review your disrespectful staff as much as possible Knowing that we work in a high street brand and your McDonald's has a very bad reputation with us (40 employees)

03/04/2024: Honestly, it's the best Mac! The staff are adorable, attentive, a top team, efficient and fast, very attentive. It is clean and the atmosphere is nice. I recommend it to you.

01/04/2024: I just went to the drive-thru but the wait was really a disaster!! Then back home they made a mistake in ordering a menu even though my order was not huge just an adult menu and a happy meal each time there are mistakes!! I will go back there again

27/03/2024: When I arrived with my friend, the employees welcomed us in an unpleasant manner. It was 10:45 p.m., I can understand the fact that there was fatigue. We did not take it into account. However, at 11 p.m., they turned off the lights and turned on the air conditioning. At 11:25 p.m., one of them told us that the restaurant was closing. We were surprised because it said 1:30 a.m. on the door, the sign and the advertising board. I couldn't finish my meal. When I asked to take the rest, she nonchalantly handed me the container and I had to make do. We chose this McDonald's because the schedule suited us best. I won't go there again, I'll go to Burger King.

03/04/2024: I want to say that it's McDonald's, a cheese remains a cheese, a Big Mac the same. The man at the drive-thru is friendly and smiling, and the quality cannot be judged, it remains un.mc do, as fatty as you like, fast and makes you hungry 3 hours later.

31/03/2024: What can I say...order delayed by 25 minutes due to Uber. Order finally received, the drinks were spilled so we headed to the McDonald's itself, the manager did his job correctly and redid the order as a priority. In the meantime, another customer arrives for a problem also related to the Uber. The next day...food poisoning! Which I'm having a hard time getting rid of! It's been going on for 3 days...it's horrible. I very rarely eat McDonald's! And when I go to Kingersheim everything is fine. But when it's in Wittenheim there are only problems..

06/04/2024: I just went to the drive-thru, out of 280.. ok we take a big teasty 2 meat, I arrive at home, Fanta not maintained, places in the soaked food bag, and the icing on the cake not of big teasty but 6 nuggets, great and did not receive a ticket so in the ... 😡😡😡😡

05/04/2024: Takeaway order I pay more than 60 euros a sandwich is completely missing in one of the menus, in another it is a portion of fries, I take 2 cheddar fries 1 cheddar bacon and I receive 3 cheddar bacon. No but if I put my 10 year old son in there he prepares the orders better I swear
