03/04/2024: I want to say that it's McDonald's, a cheese remains a cheese, a Big Mac the same.
The man at the drive-thru is friendly and smiling, and the quality cannot be judged, it remains un.mc do, as fatty as you like, fast and makes you hungry 3 hours later.
31/03/2024: What can I say...order delayed by 25 minutes due to Uber. Order finally received, the drinks were spilled so we headed to the McDonald's itself, the manager did his job correctly and redid the order as a priority. In the meantime, another customer arrives for a problem also related to the Uber.
The next day...food poisoning! Which I'm having a hard time getting rid of! It's been going on for 3 days...it's horrible. I very rarely eat McDonald's! And when I go to Kingersheim everything is fine. But when it's in Wittenheim there are only problems..

29/01/2024: Nice atmosphere! On the other hand, I had lunch! The pizzas are really very disappointing, especially for an Italian with no taste and catastrophic dough! The service needs to be reviewed quickly! 10 minutes before I come to see you to ask if I can order! And this isn't the first time but for me it's over! Shame !
27/01/2024: It seems to me that when a customer arrives, it's still basic to clean the table, you don't need to have attended hotel school to know that. In addition to the questionable hygiene, I was served a cappuccino, half of which had dripped into the saucer and whose taste was similar to Ricoré. 02/04/2024: Very friendly staff. They offered to sit indoors with 2 small dogs. They offered the dogs water and a slice of ham.
29/03/2024: The staff there was really unfriendly, especially this one woman with blonde hair. Because we don't know French, we wanted to know if she understood English; She said curtly “NO, français!” It came across as really unfriendly, we just left without ordering anything.

On the other hand, the reception leaves something to be desired.
When we arrived, a gentleman who was preparing the terrace was very pleasant.
When entering the bar, the waitress was cleaning the table, there were 2 people behind the bar talking and us waiting like 2 idiots.
At one point, we were ready to leave.
The waitress finally came to serve us before going back to her business.
A group of 5 people returned afterwards.
They were entitled to the same treatment.
We will not return there.

Restaurant to avoid the waiters are not friendly at all! We should review the training of the servers because this is the first time I have been asked to pay before even being able to sip my “cocktail” which was not one to my taste.

22/03/2024: The girls at the counter speak VERY badly to each other as well as to the customers. I strongly advise them to calm down otherwise it risks going off the rails with customers who will not accept being spoken to badly, they should come back down quickly!!

I went there one evening at 9:30 p.m. Not a cat. Yet the restaurant was disgusting... As if there had been a tornado passing through there. The disgusting tables, the sticky floor, the overflowing trash cans.... a pigsty
I took the opportunity when ordering to ask if it was possible not to put salad in my sandwich. I was alone at the checkout so it's not like there was a rush. The manager at the checkout replied in an aggressive tone that it wasn't possible after consulting the "cook" (if you can call it that).
If the health inspector reads this comment, I recommend that he take a look. You risk coming across some gems...

She made me want to come back!
Your saleswoman tasted my orange juice and made a face while telling me it's normal, it's bitterness, as if I didn't know the taste of bitterness and left without a word to her checkout, a young girl very kind and pleasant who picked up the trays and offered to change it because I threw it in the trash the damage was done due to the contempt of your salespeople
In a business the experience with pleasant staff changes everything I went to the city center and your staff is very pleasant and very professional.

28/12/2023: The worker does well but grandpa the boss is a cascarabias. The drinks in bad condition and the Frankfurt had a plastic texture. Grandpa is like Mr. Crab only bowl the money.
