The waiters are adorable and the prices are reasonable for a drink after the beach, great atmosphere even in the evening!
It was our HQ with my friend during our vacation, we will miss this bar so much (especially the musca)!

A cozy and warm atmosphere, an extremely kind and considerate welcome, and cuisine that is inventive, surprising, fine, and very pleasant! A very happy encounter and one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Corsica! Well done and thank you to the whole team!
12/03/2024: Excellent and surprising address next to a roundabout. We would like to see it more often. Banish banal cooking, burgers, tasteless salads and everything we make at home. Here, inventive, refined cuisine at an affordable price. From appetizers to sweets and coffee, everything is delicious, fresh and surprising! The service is adorable and classy without overdoing it. The antique furniture and crockery, the music, the terrace, everything is nice without being stuffy. A big congratulations! If there were places like that near me, I would probably go to the restaurant more often.

I wanted to submit a patasciutta recipe from Saint Rita of Cascia (Sainte Rita de Marie Allain Ed. ViaRomana p.49)
" () with almost nothing, wheat flour, oil from their olive trees and a little caciotta tartufata cheese (footnote: sheep's cheese with truffles), she prepared a pastasciutta which made a each time his father exclaims: "when I eat your pasta, it seems to me that angels are descending into my throat in velvet pants."

03/02/2024: Very nice place, I recommend if you want to eat something simple but very good, because it's the same price as a Burger King but the quality is much better at the Factory. The map often changes.
Very good atmosphere, whether in the arcade room, in the board games/billiards area upstairs, or even during theme evenings and specific activities, you feel good there.

11/10/2023: Disastrous service. Waitresses can't smile, react arrogantly when asked and don't know how to wait. With five tables occupied, the three of them were extremely overwhelmed as they preferred to stand around and chat or smoke.
The location is great, but it's absolutely not worth it given the service. Every other restaurant can only be better.
