05/04/2024: By reading the comments I understand better why the fries and the menus were cold and poorly prepared.
On the other hand, fast service, it's normal if everything is served cold, you might as well go to Picard just behind.
Not to mention the gloomy and dirty interior.
Smiling staff.

07/10/2023: Good service and despite the amount of clients food came suprisingly fast (ordered pasta). Portion was decent size, and unlimited Parmesan was supplied. Tres bien!

Very friendly welcome, both from the waitresses and the bartender.

01/04/2024: potatoes very soft, cold and without any salt. rubbish bins, super full. dirty tables and sofas. and the staff are all chatty. the worst Macdonald's I've been to. I don't recommend it.
01/04/2024: I came this afternoon, it was super clean, the cleaning lady was very nice, the burgers were good, it’s nice to see a clean McDonald’s with smiling and pleasant people. I'll be back !!

02/04/2024: My partner and I had lunch at the restaurant and were pleasantly welcomed by the dining room team.
We had the daily menu and from the starter to the desert everything was delicious! We left with a smile and will return on our next visit to Annecy.
01/04/2024: I went there for lunch on my own trip without making a reservation. The staff greeted me with a smile and left a very good impression.
The service from the staff and the food were amazing! I want to go again!

McDonald's stinks like toilets and the floor is greasy than the fryers.
In short, it was bad!

06/04/2024: Pick up an order at the drive-thru for menus and surprise when I arrived none of the menus had fries... check your orders carefully before leaving... I hope when I come back I will have free fries to make up for it of this lack...

06/04/2024: The signature burger was without sauce and the black steak as if it had expired, next to it I took the golden menu and my steak was so bad that I couldn't even eat it (I'm a chef by the way ) pay 28eu for 2 burgers, I'm not ready to go back 😅
