17/07/2026: A true gem! The quality and variety of the daily specials are consistently excellent, making you want to return again and again. The flavors are incredible: even simple rice is elevated to a truly memorable dish. As for the service, it's simply exceptional. Every time you visit, you feel expected and welcomed like a friend. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and genuinely caring atmosphere. This restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars, and I recommend it without hesitation!

16/09/2026: I'm a little disappointed by the quality of the products at this establishment, which seems to be deteriorating rapidly.
My comment follows my last two visits to the bakery. When I ordered a strawberry tart, the filling was a complete disaster. The strange taste and smell prevented me from finishing it… these things happen, it's not a big deal.
However, I'd like someone to explain how they can sell such a meager sandwich for almost €6, please?? Two slices of lettuce barely scraping together with a bit of tuna and two slices of tomato. Even the egg is sliced into 2mm pieces—is this a joke?
There's no sauce inside, and everything is incredibly dry.
The staff I saw were rather unfriendly, and I didn't feel particularly welcome. And on top of that, the food there is now bad. This was the last straw for me. I called, but the manager wasn't there. No one has called me back, so I'm leaving a review.

02/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant last night as a family because I'm gluten intolerant, so let me tell you, even in Italy I haven't eaten such good pizzas! They were excellent, a very pleasant surprise, and it will definitely be a highlight of my move to the area. Thank you again for delighting my taste buds! 🥰🥰

02/10/2026: A 21-minute wait at 5 PM, with literally ZERO customers and no orders in progress.
And unfortunately, this isn't even an isolated incident at this KFC: it's a recurring problem.
During my previous visit, about three weeks to a month ago, I waited an hour and twenty minutes. The explanation given at the time was: a lot of sick leave and a staff shortage.
Today, the new explanation: my chicken had to be prepared on-site and "that takes time." I can perfectly understand that preparation takes a few minutes, but 21 minutes in a completely empty fast-food restaurant at 5 PM, after already enduring a 1 hour and twenty-minute wait on a previous visit, is becoming increasingly unacceptable.
With each visit, there seems to be a new reason to justify these completely disproportionate delays. A one-off incident is one thing. When it becomes a recurring problem, it's no longer just an incident.
At what point do 20-minute to over-an-hour waits become normal in a fast-food restaurant?
This KFC in Béziers was a huge disappointment. There's clearly an organizational problem that needs fixing.

11/10/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Exorbitant prices, the food arrived cold and tasteless, without fries because you have to choose... a kebab without fries? Seriously? And on their poorly designed menu, it's barely noticeable.
The whole thing cost me almost 30 euros, including an Orangina and a cake.

25/09/2026: My favorite kebab spot in Béziers, never disappoints! Owned by a very sweet family who are always kind and welcoming, even when my French is not too good lol. Would definitely recommend.

24/08/2026: Very poor service. This place does not deserve to carry the brand it represents. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and service delivered with integrity. Unfortunately, on this occasion, none of that was evident. A very disappointing experience this day.
24/08/2026: €2.30 for a hazelnut, €1.90 for an espresso with 2 ml at the bottom of the cup, and at that price, when you ask for sugar, they tell you there isn't any... pathetic thieves!

01/06/2026: Frankly, a very disappointing experience. The service was appalling. I ordered a granita and was served a blue one when I wanted pink. The problem wasn't the mistake itself, but the fact that I wasn't even asked my preference, even though several flavors were available.
When I pointed this out, I was told I hadn't specified, even though I'd never been asked. In other establishments, they naturally ask customers which flavor they want. I found this reaction unprofessional.
On another occasion, I put a drink on the counter, and the cashier took it without even asking my permission or explaining what he was doing. It might seem like a small detail, but it gives the impression that the customer isn't truly respected or listened to.
Furthermore, being called "cousin" by the cashier, even though I'm a high school student, made me feel uncomfortable. A minimum of politeness and professionalism is expected when dealing with customers.
Between the lack of attentiveness, the absence of communication, and the unprofessional service, I left very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment.
