17/07/2026: A true gem! The quality and variety of the daily specials are consistently excellent, making you want to return again and again. The flavors are incredible: even simple rice is elevated to a truly memorable dish. As for the service, it's simply exceptional. Every time you visit, you feel expected and welcomed like a friend. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and genuinely caring atmosphere. This restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars, and I recommend it without hesitation!
11/07/2026: Delicious and generous portions, served by smiling and very pleasant staff! And to top it all off, a refreshing atmosphere on the terrace in a shaded alley.

16/08/2026: When you stop at a fast food restaurant, it's to eat something hot... and at the same time as everyone else at your table.
If you have to go to the manager every 30 seconds, it ruins your meal.
We ate there yesterday. My meal was good and hot, but everything my partner ordered was cold, which was a problem! He politely returned it to them. And we both got hot drinks...
He took one bite of his [deluxe] burger, and they brought it back lukewarm and with another bite. Basically, they had reheated it in the microwave. And the cheeseburger from his Golden meal was still completely cold.
We went back to give our feedback. No customer service, no compassion. Just there to make money, the manager was completely overwhelmed. Avoid it. Choose a good restaurant in Béziers instead; unfortunately, we didn't have time.
Never again.

09/12/2025: Incorrect order: I didn't receive the correct burger. I tried calling once, and someone answered. I explained the problem, and they hung up on me. I tried calling back several times afterward, without success. I find this treatment unacceptable.

22/07/2026: Hello, last Thursday I went to get my bread and to my great surprise I witnessed an altercation between the owner and an employee. I was shocked by the way the manager spoke to her employee, who was otherwise very kind. I don't understand how in 2026 someone can still be so harsh on their employee! I don't condone this kind of behavior, which is why I will buy my bread elsewhere.
22/07/2026: The staff have become more friendly and welcoming lately, and the pastries are still excellent. For special occasions, you can order any cake or ice cream dessert you like; you won't be disappointed!

02/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant last night as a family because I'm gluten intolerant, so let me tell you, even in Italy I haven't eaten such good pizzas! They were excellent, a very pleasant surprise, and it will definitely be a highlight of my move to the area. Thank you again for delighting my taste buds! 🥰🥰
20/06/2026: I ordered a Sète-style pizza, but unfortunately the crust wasn't cooked and the potato squares were also undercooked. The pizza went straight in the bin.

03/07/2026: A longtime regular at Columbus within the Polygone shopping center... you can tell the team has changed, and the drinks have changed too... I ordered a frappé... I was served a cold brew that looked like an iced latte, and they charged me for caramel syrup, even though there was no caramel in it... disappointing, especially considering the price of the drinks.
30/06/2026: The women from Béziers at work are heating up the pastrami bagel, frankly unacceptable, the bear menu at €7.90 with only salmon extras, as well as the desserts, even though it is advertised as included.

01/06/2026: Frankly, a very disappointing experience. The service was appalling. I ordered a granita and was served a blue one when I wanted pink. The problem wasn't the mistake itself, but the fact that I wasn't even asked my preference, even though several flavors were available.
When I pointed this out, I was told I hadn't specified, even though I'd never been asked. In other establishments, they naturally ask customers which flavor they want. I found this reaction unprofessional.
On another occasion, I put a drink on the counter, and the cashier took it without even asking my permission or explaining what he was doing. It might seem like a small detail, but it gives the impression that the customer isn't truly respected or listened to.
Furthermore, being called "cousin" by the cashier, even though I'm a high school student, made me feel uncomfortable. A minimum of politeness and professionalism is expected when dealing with customers.
Between the lack of attentiveness, the absence of communication, and the unprofessional service, I left very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment.
