10/09/2026: Bravo, bravo!!! Aloïs and his team do a remarkable job. Quality is paramount in every dish and elevated by a chef who dares to use his ingredients with conviction and respect. There's a wonderful atmosphere in the kitchen, which is reflected in the food… everything is in perfect harmony. The front-of-house team is dynamic, pleasant, attentive, and adaptable to each guest. 19/09/2026: Past experience over 10 years has been fantastic. This time I was embarrassed in front of my American friends. The fish soup was very salty, the tiny filet steak was served rare not medium then obviously microwaved to correct the fault. The creme brulee, was more like a runny custard. Some reviews have to be harsh to improve standards so my critisisms are meant well
