22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables.
Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

02/06/2026: A charming café, the kind where you want to become a regular. The lunchtime service looks exceptional, but I've only been for a drink. They also make cocktails. The decor is great. In the afternoon, it's the perfect place to work or write while sipping a coffee or a beer (depending on your mood). The two servers I usually see on Saturdays are always smiling. If it's not busy, they sometimes sit down; just go to the bar to get their attention. The owner is bald and spends his time sipping iced water with green syrup. I imagine he's the boss. I like to observe everything when I'm there. I love seeing the older people come in to read the newspaper or even draw. This café is a real magnet for characters and romantic souls. It has an irresistible retro charm. I hope to always have a good time there. It's a shame it's not open on Sundays; I could work there more.

19/07/2026: Honestly, the best tacos in Grenoble. Fast service and delicious tacos, it's simply perfect.
17/07/2026: I went to eat at this kebab restaurant with my family. We were tired because we had just arrived in Grenoble, and this kebab really cheered us up. I personally ordered the Mich Kebab, and it was a real treat. The meat was delicious; I've never eaten such a good kebab. The bread was crispy, and we were served in less than 7 minutes—everything was perfect. The gentleman was really kind, which was a pleasure. We spilled some Coke on the table, and he rushed to clean it up, whereas in other restaurants, you have to clean it up yourself with your napkins. Honestly, it's a shame this kebab shop isn't located near my home; otherwise, I would go there all the time.
I highly recommend this restaurant for both its quality and its atmosphere!

26/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! We stumbled upon it by chance the first time, and now my partner and I have been coming every month for several years! The food is excellent, and the prices are remarkably low for this quality. A big thank you to the owners!
21/03/2026: I was impressed that one person could handle both the service and the cooking for an entire restaurant of such high quality. In addition to the delicious food, the setting and the presentation were beautiful. A fantastic find!

24/06/2026: Limited menus. Cosy ambiente. Meat was on point, sauce perfect, veggies delicious. No English menus, but service was super friendly. More classical French cuisine, I guess - also the stuff on neighboring plates look great.

06/06/2026: A very good experience at Une Semaine sur 2 on a weekday evening. I think it's essential to book in advance as all the tables were occupied.
We ordered two set menus, and they were delicious. The presentation was lovely (although one of the plates was unfortunately chipped).
I found the prices slightly high (3-4€ too much) compared to the portion size. But it was still very good.
I really enjoyed the lamb! Excellent flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sauce was a little salty, but personally, I like that.
I was very surprised by the orange in the crème brûlée, but it was really very good!

01/11/2025: A fantastic evening at this very friendly wine bar, where they serve cassoulet as tapas (yes, really! And I also recommend the Basque black pudding and the Espelette pepper pâté). A very warm welcome, a perfect place to meet up with friends.

28/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The bartender, Corentin, was rude, impatient, and clearly unwelcoming to customers who don't speak fluent French. Instead of trying to help, he adopted a dismissive and aggressive attitude. This behavior is unacceptable in an establishment open to the public. I do not recommend this place until this problem is resolved.
08/06/2026: Excellent, very warm welcome, the quality of the burger is magnificent, the daily specials are mouthwatering and all this for a very reasonable price, I don't just recommend it, I highly recommend it.

29/05/2026: As for the bartenders, no complaints: they do their job very well 👌 The drink prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant.
However, a major negative point concerns the security guard at the entrance. Upon my arrival, as I was simply about to enter, he grabbed my arm and asked, "Where are you going?" Uh… just to have a drink, that's all 🤨 I completely understand the importance of security: ensuring everyone's safety, preventing disturbances, controlling entry… it's normal and necessary. But there's a way to interact with customers. A calm and respectful exchange would have been more than enough, without any aggression or haughty attitude.
People come to relax, have a good time, and unwind, not to be greeted this way. It's a shame, because this kind of experience unfortunately gives the establishment a bad image.
I sincerely hope this point will be taken into account, as there is clearly a better way to interact with customers while remaining professional.
