22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables. Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

27/07/2026: Already a very pleasant place to have a coffee or a drink at any time of day, but I tried their lunchtime meal and you absolutely must go! Good homemade food, cooked dishes, and very well presented. I recommend it 100%! A real little bistro right in the city center at very affordable prices!!

17/07/2026: I went to eat at this kebab restaurant with my family. We were tired because we had just arrived in Grenoble, and this kebab really cheered us up. I personally ordered the Mich Kebab, and it was a real treat. The meat was delicious; I've never eaten such a good kebab. The bread was crispy, and we were served in less than 7 minutes—everything was perfect. The gentleman was really kind, which was a pleasure. We spilled some Coke on the table, and he rushed to clean it up, whereas in other restaurants, you have to clean it up yourself with your napkins. Honestly, it's a shame this kebab shop isn't located near my home; otherwise, I would go there all the time. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its quality and its atmosphere! 23/07/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience in Grenoble. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The service was friendly , attentive, and welcoming, even though we were visiting from the United States. The atmosphere was relaxing and made for a memorable evening. The owner made the best of the language barrier and we had the most delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Thank you to the owner for our first taste of Chartreuse! 12/08/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. A small menu, but something for everyone. A good wine list. Delicious and generous cuisine from appetizer to dessert. Reasonable prices. Top-notch. An address to remember.

06/08/2026: Fantastic value for money. The menu is rather limited, but features very tasty, balanced dishes. All the different dishes we ate were delicious. My daughter had the mackerel as a starter. We had the beef fillet with thyme and the poultry ballotine with morels as main courses. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, the millefeuille, and the chocolate mousse. Cold tap water is included for free. My husband had a nice glass of red wine (something with Fleur de Syrahne) and I had a delicious bottle of Ginger Beer. After dessert, we also had a tasty espresso macchiato (café noisette). All together for barely €40 per person (so including drinks). If we are ever in Grenoble again, we would love to go back!

16/08/2026: While visiting Grenoble with my family, I had the pleasure of enjoying this excellent bistronomic restaurant, which is very affordable and incredibly creative. The cuisine is fresh and homemade, and the dishes are beautifully presented: the mimosa egg reimagined as French caviar, the beef tataki, the tomato tartare, and so on. The ceviche is generous, and everything else is equally delicious. The wines offered by the glass are excellent. While the food is fantastic, it's truly enhanced by the absolutely perfect service: professional, attentive, welcoming, friendly, and even a little funny. That evening, August 15th, the waiter single-handedly handled the entire service with good humor and care for his customers. What a pleasure to be served like that! A huge thank you to him in the dining room and to the chef in the kitchen for their generosity and high quality. It was a truly wonderful experience! A must-try in Grenoble on the charming Place de Gordes.

28/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The bartender, Corentin, was rude, impatient, and clearly unwelcoming to customers who don't speak fluent French. Instead of trying to help, he adopted a dismissive and aggressive attitude. This behavior is unacceptable in an establishment open to the public. I do not recommend this place until this problem is resolved.

18/07/2026: One of my favorite spots for a drink, sometimes with a pizza instead of the usual cheap charcuterie boards. Diverse clientele, no problems, and I'm more of an average person than a student 😂 I often even meet some nice people there! Friendly staff, even if you don't need to be a regular, a shaded alleyway terrace with little traffic—in short, a great place to spend a pleasant time with friends! 👍🏻 P.S.: Beware, it's a trap for shooting, and you might get some late-night surprises if you give in to temptation 👀
