17/01/2026: While passing through Grenoble, I ate at this really nice fast food place, M; the decor is cool.
The meal was good, and the owner was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

02/04/2026: The kebab wasn't great. The meat was overly salty, as were the fries. The fries were also a very small portion. The restaurant itself wasn't appealing, and hygiene was lacking. They served the fries by hand without any protection.

30/03/2026: Exceptional pastries and macarons. The staff is very friendly, even during peak hours. The Black Forest cake is divine; I loved the raspberry version. The macarons were a little fresh, but delicious, and choosing them with the staff was a real pleasure!
17/03/2026: The products were decent in terms of both price and quality; however, the service was truly appalling. The woman responded curtly when asked if there was room for two, then proceeded to stare at the customers with a vulgar expression. I don't think she understands where her salary comes from.

09/12/2025: This is my second and, quite frankly, last time going there. A very unpleasant experience, just like the first time.
I don't think you can get any colder or more unpleasant than that.
It was too much to ask to place your order at the register.

03/04/2026: This morning in Échirolles, in front of the Sud Galaxie park, a vehicle belonging to your company ran a red light right in front of me, nearly hitting me. The vehicle had a broken rear brake light and a malfunctioning side mirror. This really gives your company a great image, well done! 👍 Unacceptable driving that endangers the lives of others!
20/03/2026: No consideration for the customer: I was given a product that wasn't what I ordered (a quiche). Mistakes happen, but the least they could do is offer the correct product!
And who are they kidding? A blue cheese salad with two measly pieces of cheese.
In short, avoid this place!

10/03/2026: Like quite a few McDonald's the burger was layered up wrong which made it a sloppy mess while trying to eat it. People sleeping in the restaurant seating area(sat upright) is a little weird but perhaps this is the norm, in France...

31/03/2026: There was an error in the order, but the service is slow and since it's a train station, people don't have time to check their order before taking the train... Not to mention the portions of pottery which are significantly smaller compared to other McDonald's.
28/03/2026: So, a huge congratulations to the team this Saturday at lunchtime!
Despite a crazy queue at the kiosks (down to Toomorrowland!!), they maintained a high level of service: fast, delicious and well-made sandwiches, clean dining area... Smiling, professional, that's what they were!
