25/02/2026: I returned after 4 p.m., following a few weeks' absence, and noticed the staff had changed. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to par with what I had experienced previously. An elderly person spilled their glass of water, which wet the table and their Swiss roll. When I politely asked if it would be possible to wipe it up and replace the roll, the manager became very unpleasant, speaking rudely to both us and an employee in front of the other customers. It's a shame, because the service used to be warm and the atmosphere pleasant. As customers, we expect respect not only from ourselves but also from the employees. Just because someone is in charge doesn't give them the right to speak like that: there's a way to say things.
