23/08/2026: A disgrace! We bought two Maxi Best Of takeaway meals for a total of €25. The problem wasn't even there; once we got home, we noticed the fries were only half full, especially considering we paid €13. The bare minimum for a meal deal is to fill the fries.
We won't be back. One less customer!

Last experience:
- Extremely slow preparation
- Order ready inside, but no one calls the number
- The self-service kiosks are really unlucky in this regard; they never have any paper, so they never print...
Clearly the worst McDonald's in Roanne.

27/08/2026: Worst McDonald's in France, honestly, avoid it! The restaurant was empty; I waited over 40 minutes. The dining area was extremely dirty.
None of the self-service kiosks worked. When you ask an employee to take your order, they say they don't know how. Run, run away from this McDonald's!

01/09/2026: The service is very slow, the food is cold, the staff are not at all friendly, and the restaurant itself is dirty, even for a fast food place.
24/08/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to a clean McDonald's with efficient staff. A good atmosphere. The manager was very attentive to customers.

15/09/2026: Hello, the restaurant is dirty and has no respect for the customer. I waited 10 minutes in front of the till before they gave me my ice cream. I do not recommend it.

15/09/2026: Yesterday at 11 am, I already had to wait 30 minutes for my order. They were missing the 280 (presumably referring to a specific item or service). They finally brought it, and to my surprise, it had sauce on it, even though I asked for it without because it's carcinogenic. They remade it after 15 minutes, and when I started eating it, it was too spicy, so I stopped eating it and left. I barely had to walk three meters to the exit before I threw up everything in the parking lot. Avoid this place!

15/04/2024: L'assiette kebab est délicieuse et très copieuse, le sandwich aussi, les frites également, ainsi que le thé à la menthe. Lorsque nous sommes sur Feurs nous allons régulièrement à Forez kebab, car l'accueil est lui aussi 10/10 😊 Je recommande vraiment 🌺

17/09/2024: If you're looking for a sparsely filled crepe, this is the place to go. I've never seen such a flat taco! You could also play "Where's Waldo?" but with meat 😂. I don't even understand how it's possible to have such a high rating. As for the fries, I don't think the oil has been changed in ages; the taste is awful.

19/04/2026: We have stayed at the Hôtel des Deux Mers on several occasions and particularly appreciate the warm welcome we receive from the owner, the spacious rooms with very comfortable bedding, the excellent breakfast, and of course, the proximity to the sea, just 150 meters from the hotel along a path at the edge of the forest, away from the road. The cleanliness of this establishment, its comfort, its location, and the friendliness of the staff make it a great pleasure to stay there regularly.
16/04/2026: We had a wonderful Easter weekend with our children at the Hôtel des Deux Mers. The location is ideal for enjoying the sea, whether on the ocean side or the bay side. Alexandra is charming and helpful. The room, bedding, and breakfast were all excellent in this characterful hotel.
We highly recommend it.

24/07/2024: Avec 2 enfants de 5 ans ce jour , le 24 juillet, on nous a refusé 1 table alors qu il n y avait aucun client. C était soi disant tout réservé, il fallait revenir à 14h 15. Malheureusement impossible d attendre avec des enfants. Nous avons demande des frites ou autres à emporter. Encre refusé. Nous sommes revenus l après midi pour des crêpes. On nous répond il n y a plus de crêpes. Combien de temps faut il pour préparer de la pâte à crêpes. C est inadmissible .
