27/06/2026: The grounds are great, but the toilets are deplorable (all the soaps are broken, there's litter everywhere even at the start of service), the food is mediocre for the price, and to top it off, there was a hair in the dish… Really disappointed; I don't remember it being like this a few years ago.
25/06/2026: Third visit, as a couple, to this unique restaurant with its original concept.
Despite the heatwave outside, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the air conditioning was well-regulated. The service was efficient and friendly, with well-supervised young trainees. ;) Good value for money; I was pleasantly surprised by the refinement and flavors of the dishes.
And to finish, a quick visit to the shop, where the welcome was very pleasant and professional. Definitely worth a visit.

22/08/2026: I'm adding one star because it has improved somewhat over the last three years (it's still McDonald's, so you have to compare it to similar places, of course).
Furthermore, they recently renovated and modernized the kitchen and counter.

15/03/2026: The staff and service were lovely! We were lucky enough to try the chef's guacamole. The evening and atmosphere were very pleasant, perfect for enjoying ourselves as long as possible!

20/07/2026: Good food, special mention for the desserts which were delicious! It's a shame, however, that the pike quenelles weren't served with a side dish, like just a plate of rice for example.
16/04/2026: Everything was very good! The perfect egg and its delicious accompaniment, the homemade fries crispy just right, the andouillette perfect, and even if it's not the most important thing I'll add that the plates are beautifully presented, I will come back.

30/07/2026: I called 25 minutes before placing an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later and was told it wasn't ready, while they were calmly taking orders right in front of me.
I've never seen anything like it.

25/06/2026: Regarding an Uber Eats order, the chicken was missing from a wrap and the salmon from a bagel. I tried contacting you by phone; the first time, the phone was hung up on me, and the second time, the line was answered, but no one was there. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

24/07/2026: From the service to the portion sizes, I don't recommend it. The kebab was bland and stingy. While the prices are attractive, I'd go 50 meters further to Firm Kebab, which is far better and has much more welcoming staff.
16/07/2026: Best kebab in Firminy. The staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and the kebabs are excellent.
I highly recommend it!

19/08/2026: Good morning. This morning I sat down to order a coffee. I had to wait at least 10 minutes. The waitress was cleaning. At no point did she ask me what I wanted to drink. So I let her know I was there. She gave me a dirty look. I left without having a coffee... Sad. Disappointing.

30/07/2026: For a Monday night, it was really busy and had a great atmosphere. The waitress was lovely and always smiling, and the drinks selection was excellent. We had a great time! There's a smoking area, but it's not well ventilated; as soon as there are several people, the smoke builds up and it's unpleasant. This could be improved, but otherwise it's fantastic.
01/05/2026: Great service and people. I recommend it. The beer is cold and delicious.

12/07/2026: We had to haggle for a glass of water even though we'd already ordered something. When we told the person serving us it cost them nothing, they retorted that it didn't make them any money. So much for a friendly atmosphere... especially during this heatwave! I find it shameful.

16/07/2026: The employees at this McDonald's are so nice, they gave me two World Cup worms.
13/07/2026: Another delivery order.
No sauces (Chinese sauce for the nuggets), no sauce for the fries (which I pay 10 cents for).
I called the restaurant in question (#Roanne) and got the same answer: I have to come to the restaurant (if I ordered delivery, it's because I can't go there).
It's really disappointing...
