11/04/2026: The pizzas are amazing! The crust is nice and generous, the pizzas are loaded with toppings, and the toppings are a welcome change from what you find elsewhere. Even with the change of location, the quality is still there; it's just as good as ever. And on top of that, the service is fantastic, with a truly top-notch chef!

26/03/2026: La Loco In three words: I loved it! I was pleasantly surprised by the harmony of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of the service. This address is now in my favorites for my trips to the Rhône-Alpes region. I had the Victory menu, and this meal, like the restaurant's name suggests, was a journey of flavors. A big thank you to the staff for the service. I will be back.

15/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, we enjoyed our meal from appetizer to dessert. The waitress was very friendly and smiling.

16/04/2026: Everything was very good! The perfect egg and its delicious accompaniment, the homemade fries crispy just right, the andouillette perfect, and even if it's not the most important thing I'll add that the plates are beautifully presented, I will come back.

10/03/2026: A great place to get wine advice 🍷. You tell them what you like and the advisor gives you their suggestion... the recommendation from a biodynamic winemaker delighted me.

16/04/2026: We had a lovely time at the tavern. The menus are varied and very good. The servers are very pleasant, courteous, and even have a great sense of humor when the opportunity arises. I recommend this restaurant.

24/04/2026: Place Jules Guesde. It had been a long time since I'd left my indefinable melancholy here. Here, you hit rock bottom, and the solid, glassy depths of this pint are also part of it... It's the kind of small, neighborhood bar, weathered and worn by human wandering, where, over a pint, thoughts drift and project themselves, reminding us that a place is nothing without the imagination we project onto it. But... The large outdoor terrace is pleasant in summer, where your only natural companion and sole poetic element is a large plant branching out and contorting itself towards some unknown light. The dartboard on the wall is still there, and you can imagine the darts have taken some rather unpredictable trajectories. A narrow stage for concerts, a foosball table where balls clatter, a backyard that, following a row of recycling bins, leads you to a nice billiards room. But ultimately, there's just something missing...

23/02/2026: Honestly, this kebab was fantastic! The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and not greasy. The portions were generous, and the bread was nice and warm and crusty. The staff was welcoming. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely be back!

09/04/2026: In short: a dive bar, a true reflection of Saint-Étienne... It's not my first time there, and frankly, it's pretty awful. First off, they completely ignore us (a waiter did pay attention to us once, but that must have happened maybe once in nine times), and some of the waiters have no concept of diplomacy. Once you're seated with your beer, you're plunged into a noisy atmosphere polluted by the shouts of teenagers (middle/high schoolers?) who sound incredibly childish... it's like being in a daycare. The icing on the cake: there was a hole in the toilets through which you could see everything, which was covered with a simple poster for about a year. Why did I give it two stars instead of one? Because the bar is still well-located, there is at least one friendly waiter who knows what he's doing, and the happy hour with €5 pints is a nice bonus.

11/04/2026: Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Roanne! The service was quick and the staff were friendly and smiling. My order was complete and well-prepared. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which is really appreciated. I highly recommend it! 👍

09/04/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. I was sick for a whole day because of a raclette burger, priced at McDonald's, and even the employees prepare their food haphazardly. With all due respect, I'm disappointed. Also (this isn't the employees' fault, of course), some people don't clear their tables and think they can do whatever they want. A little respect when you eat or drink would be appreciated. Thank you. Thank you to the employees for cleaning up after themselves.

25/03/2026: Unacceptable experience. I went to this restaurant with several people, some of whom are sensitive to noise. However, an employee was using a balloon pump in the middle of the dining area, making a very loud noise. We simply asked calmly if it would be possible to do this elsewhere or later. The situation immediately escalated: the employee behaved disrespectfully, even resorting to profanity! Then the manager intervened, but instead of calming things down, he became aggressive. Some of the comments and behavior were clearly inappropriate, even discriminatory. I know it's a McDonald's and not a gourmet restaurant, but the bare minimum one expects is respect and a decent environment. Completely unacceptable behavior.

25/03/2026: Discrimination against customers by staff and the manager. Rude language. Bad experience.

10/04/2026: Tonight, we went to the drive-thru, placed a large order, and added a Happy Meal so our child could get the current Mario toy (even though I specifically asked for the Mario toy). No one said anything. We left the drive-thru, and when we got home, it was a crappy cardboard Asterix toy, fit only for the bin, and our three McFlurries weren't even a third full! 😡 For the price we paid (€74), we expected much better. It would be nice to let customers know the current toy is no longer available before they realize it once they get home. Don't be fooled, that's partly why parents go to McDonald's (to please their children who are happy to get a real toy, not some cardboard/paper junk that will go straight in the trash). Furthermore, if you don't sell the product you're advertising, it's false advertising. For the price, we also expect our ice cream/sandwiches/fries to look like what we see in McDonald's commercials. In short, it was very expensive for what we got, and it's not the first time this kind of problem has occurred, especially since we only come once a month to treat ourselves. In short, I'm very annoyed with this visit to this McDonald's.

08/04/2026: Ordered via the McDonald's app on March 28, 2026. Upon receiving the delivery, a McFlurry was missing from the order. I contacted the restaurant to report the problem. During the first call, the connection was disconnected very quickly after I explained the situation (9:28 PM). I then tried calling back, without success despite waiting several minutes. This experience was particularly disappointing, both because of the error in the order and the unprofessional customer service.

26/01/2025: First and last time. Not plentiful, the kebab meat has no taste and it is bathed in its sauce in the bread. The first price nuggets Soft fries It's long for a snack No table service.

18/02/2026: I celebrated my son's birthday on Wednesday, February 18th. Ilian was the entertainer and looked after the children. Thank you so much for his patience and kindness; my son had a wonderful time. Thank you a thousand times! ☺️

12/02/2026: After reading all the reviews, I honestly wonder why this McDonald's is still open… I went there with a friend for an afternoon snack. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the wait was endless. When we finally got our order, the hot chocolate (which was supposed to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) was just plain hot chocolate, with nothing else. The muffin and the donut were still frozen. The server even explained that they had just come out of the freezer and that she didn't know how to defrost them. She seemed completely helpless. Some items were out of stock, and I practically had to insist to get a replacement. In short, a very disappointing experience and totally disorganized service. We certainly won't be going back. This only confirms the negative impression I already had of this chain.
