27/02/2026: I really didn't enjoy my meal. I had fish and chips, but my fish had a strange aftertaste of pork. I just hope they don't mix pork and fish in the kitchen.

14/04/2026: During my recent visit to a Patapain location, I discovered that your company has still not committed to ending cruel practices inflicted on pigs, and this significantly marred my customer experience. Learning that sows are kept in cages too small for them to turn around and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing is shocking. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have already made commitments: when will Patapain do the same?

14/04/2026: I used to enjoy shopping at Patapain, but after my last visit, I discovered that your chain still supports farms where sows are kept in tiny cages and piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing. This ruined my customer experience. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have taken a stand: when will Patapain commit to this?
