20/02/2026: We had dinner there as a couple and it was absolutely delicious. Not a single flaw in the dishes. It's a small restaurant (about ten tables), so the service is rather slow, but the wait is worth it because the food is succulent and beautifully presented. The waitress was very kind.

23/03/2026: I was expecting the same quality as in Chambray-les-Tours (top-notch in every way). I invited my children and was very disappointed... The food wasn't good: the charcuterie board was awful, the sauerkraut was swimming in water, and the other ingredients were mediocre. My daughter told me it was better at Buffalo Grill, with a steak of less than average quality, and the prices were far too high for what was served. The waiter was friendly. Clearly, I don't recommend this restaurant.

01/04/2026: If you're ever in Angers, a stop at Gaël's place in Le Ronceray is a must. Gaël is the kind of bistro owner we love: authentic, generous, and always ready with a joke. People come as much for the atmosphere as for the food. It's a place where life is good, there's banter, laughter... and it feels great. Speaking of food, there's nothing to complain about: fresh, delicious, and genuine. Well-prepared ingredients, no frills, but bursting with flavor. And what about the wines? Always the perfect accompaniment, with excellent bottles to enjoy. Le Ronceray is more than just a restaurant; it's a true social hub. The food is great, the drinks are great, and above all, you have a fantastic time. Thank you, Gaël, for your warm welcome and good humor—don't change a thing!
