19/02/2026: I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, but the chicken had vanished, the fries were salty, and the mini wrap for my little girl was poorly made with practically no ingredients inside. My cup was dirty, and the toilets and premises were filthy. The only positive point was the kindness of the young woman who handed out gifts to the children. This isn't the first time I've complained.

14/02/2026: Worst McDonald's around. It's not a McDonald's anymore, it's a squat for young people; there were about twenty of them squatting inside, causing a mess.

25/02/2026: Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. The saleswoman was extremely unpleasant and haughty! So much so that I didn't even stay to finish my coffee. If you want to have a pleasant experience at this place, whatever you do, avoid Sandrine!

24/02/2026: A very good experience at Poulaillon. The saleswomen are very friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The service is pleasant and a real pleasure. I highly recommend it!
