20/02/2026: So, very disappointed with the welcome and the customer service. We were just passing through, but we regularly visit this region. This means we could have easily returned. We went to this establishment and asked for information about the Smart Menu. We had to call the waiter at least 10 times before he could answer our questions. When he was still unable to help, he sent a colleague over. This colleague, with a smirk, repeatedly told us we could go to Nevers, which is a good hour's drive away. Furthermore, she implied that this franchise didn't offer that type of product. We are, of course, regular customers; we even have a loyalty account. We know perfectly well that the Smart Menu includes a milkshake for dessert. Following this interaction, we were foolish and obedient and followed this woman's advice, who strongly suggested we go somewhere else. For the first time in 23 years, we decided to try a competitor. First of all, the staff were very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. They gave us excellent advice on their menu, so we also ordered a €5 set menu with a fantastic selection of ice cream for dessert. 19/01/2026: The atmosphere at this McDonald's is truly fantastic! I love the decor, modern and pleasant, and especially the famous sofa area that they've kept: everyone fights for that prime spot, and deservedly so! The staff is lovely, always smiling and very professional. The restaurant is impeccably clean, including the restrooms, which are always clean and well-maintained—a real plus. The food is prepared with care: the burgers really look like the McDonald's photos, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning! The ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are well-made, and you can tell the difference. During each of my visits, there's never been anything I forgot, never a mistake in my order. I've been back several times, and I've consistently had the same excellent experience—and for a McDonald's, that's remarkable! A big congratulations and best of luck to the whole team; you're doing a great job. Keep it up!

09/12/2025: Hello, the front door was partially jammed with tape over the lock, which is a great start. Then there's the very greasy, dirty, and extremely slippery floor. This poses a high risk of falls and injuries, even with the "slippery floor" sign. And the touchscreens? Don't even get me started—they're filthy. I was shocked to see an employee take out the dishwasher trolley while the door directly connecting the restrooms to the dishwashing area remained open. So much for hygiene! As for the service, it was incredibly cold; I've never seen anything like it. I ordered a Coke without ice, and there were six ice cubes in my glass. The fries were bland and cold, and I won't even mention the rest. What is the manager of this fast food restaurant doing? The safety situation is critical, the hygiene is appalling, and the customer service is a disgrace. I was just passing through, but in the future, if the opportunity arises, I will certainly never set foot there again.

01/02/2026: Passing through, we stopped at this McDonald's before continuing our journey. The service was disastrous, the staff were unpleasant and confused by the orders, making numerous mistakes. Regarding hygiene, it's unacceptable to have overflowing trash cans, greasy floors throughout the restaurant, and filthy restrooms (one with excrement and the other in a moderate state).

01/02/2026: Appalling! Every time I order from this McDonald's, either they're out of stock or they get the wrong products, nothing goes right. Avoid at all costs!
