Passionate, precise, attentive, and deeply committed to his craft, he shares his world with simplicity, without ever overdoing it. You can tell he's not just trying to sell a bottle, but genuinely wanting to share his knowledge, offer advice, and help others discover new things.
His professionalism is reassuring, his passion contagious, and the way he talks about wine makes you want to learn more. It's exactly what you expect from a true wine bar: expert advice, know-how, a friendly atmosphere, and a real personality behind the counter.
What particularly struck me was seeing how inspiring professionals like Pierre can be in their field. They remind us that behind every great establishment, there are, above all, passionate people who take their work to heart.

14/09/2026: The taste was awful, the cleanliness was disgusting, and when you ask for a replacement drink and the waitress barely responds, it's really unacceptable. You even get the impression that the staff don't want to work! They often forget things.

21/09/2026: The fries arrived cold, even though other customers had just returned theirs for the same reason (it didn't occur to the kitchen staff that the batch was cold). The other items in the order were lukewarm. Avoid this place or wait for a competent manager to improve things.
17/09/2026: We arrived for coffee at 9:15 am and waved because the front door was closed. The man who opened it was extremely unpleasant. We told him we wanted a coffee, and his response was neither courteous nor professional, bordering on aggressive (you can use the self-service kiosk, otherwise wait for my colleague). The colleague arrived no better, not a smile, a forced greeting, and she repeated that we had the kiosk available (we were the only two customers in the store). She finally served us. Our coffees ended up in the sink, scalding hot and undrinkable. Anyway, they're just coffees. I can't recall ever being treated like that in a store. It's not the end of the world, but these people should find another line of work.

18/04/2024: Les kebabs sont très bons et très généreux, un peu moins fans du reste mais la star est en place et l'accueil est toujours excellent !
