26/02/2026: This was my first time at the Douai Subway, and I was VERY IMPRESSED by the welcome I received from the staff. I dealt with Lana, Amandine, and Merveille, who were all very kind, helpful, and smiling. Despite the late hour, they were always smiling, which is quite rare. I felt so comfortable, everything was perfect, the portions were exactly as I ordered (not too much salad, more sauce...). The staff were fantastic, keep up the good work, congratulations! I usually go to other Subways, but the Douai one was a great discovery for me. Now I'll definitely come to this one, even though it's a long drive. I prefer to make the trip; at least the welcome and service will be of high quality and kindness. We need people like you every day; you deserve to stay here for a long time. See you soon, Bilal

12/02/2026: Thank you to Sandra for her warm welcome at her chip shop. She patiently presented her specialties to help us choose. For a small price, we received generous portions, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!
