McDonald's
Douai
23/09/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a box of 20 nuggets.
I called the restaurant, and the woman told me everything was weighed. She asked for my first and last name and phone number so I could supposedly receive a text message to pick up the missing item, which I never received.
Usually, when someone forgets a drink or something, I don't call, but this time I clearly lost 14 euros.
09/09/2026: I came with my family to the McDonald's in Douai, which was nothing like the ones in Flers or Waziers. The manager made my Croque McDo meal even though it wasn't available at the kiosk. She kindly gave my daughter a ball, and the lady in the dining room was super smiley and friendly, just like the manager.

Subway
Douai
08/08/2026: We came on Friday, August 7th at 6:30 PM. We were served by a petite, dark-haired lady. We would like to thank her for her kindness and will gladly return.
04/08/2026: Good evening, I came in this evening, and I had to deal with a young man who made a mistake with the sandwiches. I told him absolutely no onions in one of the sandwiches I was ordering because my son has a severe allergy, and I was heading home, knowing it's a 25-minute drive to get to your place. My 6-year-old son saw, thankfully, the onions in the sandwich. So what do we do now? Because of your mistake, my son could have ended up in the hospital if he hadn't seen them.

IFood
Douai
02/04/2026: I ordered a chicken mayonnaise sandwich.
It was absolutely disgusting. The mayonnaise on the bread was sickening, with a few red onions and pickles.
Run away!
26/03/2026: The restaurant was very clean and the meat was of good quality.

Destination Café
Douai
08/09/2026: I went to this bar because I was passing through during my visit to Douai. Coffee was €1.90 and a glass of water was €0.30. The person behind the bar wasn't very friendly. The owner was nicer; when he arrived at the café, he shook hands with all the customers.
12/05/2026: Dirty café frequented by unsavory characters, and the owners are very unpleasant and disdainful. I advise against eating there unless you want to get sick. The drinks are subpar. Avoid at all costs.
