03/04/2024: The tables are shiny but not clean, no, it's greasy. Fortunately the person in charge of cleaning comes to caress half of the tables to make some clean marks.... The benches stained with dirt must have been originally white I think. Let's not talk about the state of the toilets and these are not traces dating from today given the thickness of the limestone and the color of the joints. What saves the restaurant is the politeness of the employees. Otherwise the burger was cold afterwards, the fries were hot which is already good. In short, move on, there are other, more respectable McDonald's.

01/04/2024: Too bad we always have to check that the work is well done... when the McDonald's is packed we are understanding but when it is deserted it is not normal that there is a shortage of products that we pay for.. Otherwise good and served quite quickly in click and collect Please check your orders carefully.

01/04/2024: False advertising “open 24 hours a day”. After 3 attempts on different days and weeks between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., it was impossible to be served, each time due to a “computer failure” which seemed to occur every morning.

03/04/2024: Not only do I come out with no sauce included in the menu, nor those that I ordered extra. But what's more, I don't even have half of Sunday in my pot. For a bill of almost €50, I find this unacceptable.

20/01/2024: We had lunch as a family. 3 menus for almost €50!!! This is the big negative point. The burgers and fries to my surprise were good. I tried the vegetarian burger. Very good too.

30/12/2023: We had been to the caïus next door the day before it was nice but we said we were going to try the Fastes de Rome frankly already that fast food is not great but here a real disaster: Cold burger frozen fries no dessert not possible to 'have a coffee (nothing that day) Disgusting restaurant room Special mention to the “2 tension” service…. Good luck to those who are ready to pay €50 for that!

06/04/2024: Nice place to take a minute break. Some store nearby and restaurant Do not use the Macdonald's wifi network, risk of hacking. Computer equipment for ordering still broken inside as for the drive terminal. With lots of error messages. Very long wait at the drive-thru of 20 minutes to 30 minutes wait. Not sufficiently employed. Be careful with your banking details in this Mac Donald. Paid in cash or by restaurant voucher or virtual bank card. The preparation of the hamburgers leaves something to be desired.

03/04/2024: My daughters love reading books. I came twice on the first Wednesday of the month to expand the collection of books with the special Wednesday edition. And on 2 occasions, I was not able to benefit from this offer. I am told that there are no more or that the boxes are not opened! I half understand that this is a hierarchical order in order to sell off stocks... However, the official McDonald's website states that since 2020 there has been an operation called "Reading Wednesdays" allowing children to receive, every first Wednesday of the month, an album of children's literature in addition to the toy or book already contained in the Happy Meal™ box." Is it therefore normal that this was refused to my children on 02/07/2024 and today on 04/03/2024? Should we call on the national level to alert people to the fact that an operation is not being monitored at the local level? Please do what is necessary so that I can collect the books for February and April. Sincerely

31/03/2024: Happy meal menu at €4.95.. one of the most expensive and one of the longest to serve in the Paris region and what's more.. no small tomatoes.. no pineapple.. etc.. I don't recommend really not... personally... it's the first and last time I come here! 👎

23/03/2024: so one of your colleagues (she has brown injections and glasses) is very unpleasant! I was attacked by her at the drive-thru in the evening! the next time I would show respect to the customers! This caused a huge rush and delay at 4am. I advise against.

22/03/2024: The sellers are adorable and attentive, very dynamic and the products are very good for the price, I highly recommend.
