22/03/2026: Simply wonderful Ethiopian food at a very reasonable price, served by lovely staff. We had the lamb and a vegie dish and they were both PHENOMENAL. The lamb was roasted to give it a nice crunch on the outside without becoming dry or tough inside. Magical!

The photos speak for themselves—we thoroughly enjoyed it! And it was great value for money. The atmosphere was friendly, with wonderful human interaction—much more than just a meal.

A refreshing zucchini soup, succulent chicken and mushroom penne, and a delicious lemon tart, all accompanied by a perfectly ripe glass of organic Brouilly!
Gourmet, generous cuisine, a welcoming and cheerful owner who knows his customers, and impeccable, friendly service:
a must in the neighborhood, I highly recommend it!

The place is really nice, warm, and welcoming. The food is delicious, and I mean it (coming from someone who isn't vegetarian 😉). It's hearty, generous, and full of flavor… in short, I highly recommend it, whether you're vegetarian or not!

The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the Food is super tasty. This was my second visit, and the bar is always buzzing with a great crowd. I tried the steak sandwich, which was top-notch, and their special drink, "La Foule Beyrouth," is truly exceptional. I won’t hesitate to come back every time I’m in Paris!

Luckily, the staff didn't care about my non-existent French.
The beer prices are crazy (compared to Austria), but apparently that's standard for Paris.
You should definitely order cocktails here. Plus, they have a happy hour.

10/03/2026: I had a wonderful dinner here. The Bras tartare was outstanding, the duck absolutely delicious, and the zabaglione with pears was the perfect dessert. A small hidden gem in Paris. I also appreciated that the chef often came to greet guests at the tables. The only downside was a waiter explicitly asking for a tip, which felt a bit awkward.

14/03/2026: A cafe near the Garden of Luxemburg. The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly. There weren’t so many people when we were there. It a great place to take a break after a long walk! It’s is a home-style cafe so it offered basic drinks and pastries. We had our lunch earlier so we only ordered two cups of coffee. They were good and affordable (4,6 in total). I’d definitely go again and order the pastries next time.
04/03/2026: Yes, I often go there for coffee and I've even had lunch there with friends. I completely agree with the glowing reviews. A truly authentic spot in the Montparnasse neighborhood with a smiling, helpful owner whose homemade pastries are perfect. (Christiane, the young customer who uses a walker and is often unwell these days)
