05/09/2024: Superb cheese shop, possibility of eating on site from a magnificent board garnished with cheese, salad, cold meats and also a very large choice of wines. To recommend without any hesitation!!

03/09/2024: A magnificent setting, a breathtaking view of the bay. Clean and comfortable rooms, and very welcoming staff. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. I recommend taking a bike tour to better explore the city. Several activities offered (tennis court, pétanque, ping-pong table, bicycle (payable))

31/07/2024: Une nouvelle fois venue en amoureux à la table des corderies. Cela devient maintenant notre rituel mensuel. Mise en bouche Gaspacho tomates très frais. Beaucoup de goût Croustillant de tapioca. Splendide Découverte. Adorer Entree Carpaccio omble. Avec son sorbet concombre. Et ce sorbet. C'est une dinguerie Plat Agneau du pré salé. Purée patate douce. Aster. Cuisson et présentation parfaite. C'était divin Pré dessert Un mariage ananas sucre de coco et sorbet framboise. Une Découverte. Un mariage détonnant. Chapeau Dessert Pavlova fraise hibiscus Superbe. On ne se lasse pas de ce sorbet hibiscus. qui même sur le chemin du retour. On a encore ce goût en bouche. Merci pour ce joli moment culinaire une nouvelle fois. Petit bémol pour le service qui est pressant et maladroit Nous reviendrons en septembre

02/07/2024: This was a delightful treat. Restaurant is within spa/hotel but open to non residents. Not cheap but the meal was delightful. Carefully balanced combinations, beautifully presented, and a few little extras thrown in. Staff lovely. Only criticism was there were only two choices for each of the main courses.
