17/09/2026: A superb discovery! Exceptional charcuterie and cheeses. Excellent wine pairing to suit your taste. A lovely little dessert like rum baba. Perfect, and as a bonus, Martin knows his products inside and out and is very friendly and smiling.
10/09/2026: A delightful and surprising culinary journey for our taste buds… 🧀 first with the rind, then without… Everything is savored, right down to the subtle sweetness in the center of the platter. Martin observes, takes his time, and asks questions with great kindness and openness to figure out where to take us… Bingo!
And for lovers of 🍷 NATURAL WINES (no additives or added sulfites, to put it simply), Martin has a cellar full of hidden gems 😃, some truly wonderful discoveries!
So, here, you can truly relax, unwind, no rush, no stress… and it feels absolutely wonderful 😉

A truly delightful gourmet experience!
09/08/2026: We had a wonderful Sunday at the spa and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the flavors on our plates were sophisticated and surprising. Each dish was described by the waitress, the ingredients were locally sourced, and we even had a visit from the chef to get our feedback. The quality/price ratio is more than fair.

15/06/2026: Beautiful setting but disappointing contents. The room is not worth the price! Very small space due to the very steep sloping ceiling. The bathroom was slippery and tilted, so we almost fell. No water available in the room (no glass carafe, bottle, or water bottle), no desk... however, the room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was perfect. The surroundings were quite pleasant. It was impossible to eat on-site as the restaurant was booked for a private event... extremely disappointed. The value for money is absolutely terrible!!! The room isn't worth more than €100/night, if that!
14/06/2026: Very good hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful location, but the restaurant no longer meets expectations.

17/04/2026: We were delighted with our stay at this hotel! The family room was spacious and very comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the staff were truly lovely.
However, there are a few areas for improvement. The double room facing the street was quite small, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good quality, but the selection was limited, and it was rather simple and small. We arrived around 8:45 a.m., which perhaps explains the lack of variety, but again, we were hoping for a little more.
Despite these minor points, we have very fond memories of our stay.
11/04/2026: Definitely not recommended for us, especially not outside of season. Everything (95%) is closed. The room was just okay for the price. Breakfast was a bit meager. The restaurant was closed (at least for us). A shame for Saint Valery, but we'll never go back. We'd already experienced a disaster with the neighbors (booking paid in full, but no room reserved, nothing available, so we had to return home). It's a charming village otherwise, but only in season.

15/09/2026: Not great. We hadn't checked the reviews and it was late (3 pm). The fries were edible but expensive.
We should have paid more attention. Avoid it.
