11/09/2024: Cafe located in Place Pie across from Les Halls. Lots of comfortable seating inside and outside. There are mostly shaded tables and some sunny tables. Service is excellent. We have settled on this cafe after using several others over the years. Nice cafe for cafe and croissants or a lite lunch. Recommended.

09/09/2024: I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews but this experience at the Salon de Charlotte forces me to do so. We wanted to have brunch with my friend on Sunday 08/25 at 11:45 in this place which seemed nice to us. We were seated, and after more than 30 minutes of waiting, the owner (?) informed us when ordering that there was no half of the menu left, and no vegetarian alternative. After suggesting different ingredients present in other dishes that could constitute a VG alternative given the gaps on the menu, he started to be extremely unpleasant for no reason. “And an omelette doesn’t suit you either? » The staff is generally not pleasant and does not seem to be trained in catering (shouting from one end of the room to the other), except for the unfortunate waiter who seated us who also took his place . We didn't taste the dishes (which may be good), but seem expensive considering their simplicity. After taking our order, the boss came to us to grumble that it was already nice to work on Sunday and other comments to encourage us to leave - which we did given his behavior. And we were even thanked for that 😳 Amazing. In short, don’t come on Sunday at the “end” of service; vegetarians, move on here, and above all, dear Sir, please change direction if kindly welcoming and serving the customers who give you life exasperates you so much...

25/08/2024: Ideal places for brunch on the terrace on a pretty, quiet terrace. The dishes are simple but effective and varied. Very good homemade desserts!

11/08/2024: Very warm, magical place, the decor is incredible with lots of vegetation and furniture that is both very classy and very cocooning. The servers we dealt with were exceptionally kind. Ideal to spend a place in complete privacy and have a good evening. I highly recommend!

09/06/2024: Cet établissement a fait sa renommée depuis longtemps et elle est tout à fait justifiée. Une chose cependant qui me déplaît a chaque fois lorsque je vais acheter des gâteaux: après avoir encaisse,la vendeuse n 'attend jamais que le client ait terminé (rangement de la monnaie dans le sac par exemple),etdit gentiment au revoir avant de retourner à ses occupations...( Meme quand il n y a personne).c' est la moindre des choses dans un commerce d'accompagner le client jusqu'au bout ( je suis commerçante) et surtout un commerce 'chic''. Sans rancune....

05/04/2024: Accueil médiocre, on avait l’impression de déranger…, pain bagnat, plus de pain que de garniture, dommage…petit plus : bonne tarte aux légumes.

31/08/2024: The quality of the baguette needs to be changed...their bread was excellent but for several months it hasn't been the same....a shame because the saleswomen are very welcoming. We were loyal daily customers but now we only come occasionally....

21/08/2024: A loyal customer for years, I find the quality of the bread to be a change... the crumb of the traditional baguette is no longer the same. On the other hand, the saleswomen remain very pleasant even if there have been a lot of changes.
