The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.
The bedding is very comfortable.
Dinner at the bistro was a very pleasant surprise: delicious from start to finish, and excellent value for money.
Breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.
04/01/2026: We spent one night at the hotel and had a reservation. The hotel room was far from five-star quality, and the heating didn't work properly. The toilet was leaking… the restaurant we had booked for 8 pm was full. We had to ask twice before someone acknowledged our reservation and prepared a table. Disappointing, except for the carpooling service.

16/04/2026: A terrible experience! Iced coffee served in a glass with shards of glass in my coffee!! I immediately spat it out. After that, I went to see the cashier who said, "Oh, that's strange," looking at me as if it were my fault!! Not even a gesture of goodwill. A disgrace! Avoid at all costs!

The wine list is superb, perfectly paired with the dishes. Special mention goes to the warm atmosphere and charming decor. A big thank you to the entire team—I will definitely be back!

The service was impeccable and efficient, and above all, the team was fantastic and really knew how to take care of their customers 😌
The food was always hot and perfectly prepared, and it definitely made you want to come back again and again…
In short, an experience that puts a smile on your face and leaves you wanting more.

04/04/2026: We would have liked to leave a positive review. We made a reservation on your website for 7:45 pm, it was confirmed, and we received a reminder by email a few hours beforehand. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. It's a shame; we weren't the only disappointed customers waiting outside. Please check if the restaurant is open before making the trip.
06/01/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family with our daughters, aged 2.5 and 4.5, as well as our parents and friends.
The welcome was exceptional; the staff were incredibly kind, especially to our daughters, who were treated like princesses.
The setting is magnificent, and we have rarely eaten so well. Everything was excellent.

04/04/2026: Shop in downtown Carpentras. Excellent products, pleasant saleswomen. However, one person, presumably the shop manager, is truly off-putting. Unfriendly, unpleasant, and not at all customer-oriented. I wouldn't want to work with her...
27/02/2026: Very disappointed. I bought a birthday cake with pistachio mousse on a bed of raspberries and praline paste (?).... the raspberry flavor completely overpowers the pistachio taste....no distinct flavor whatsoever. What's more, I also bought some fritters: they smell of used frying oil.....disappointed, disappointed. Especially since it was a gift
