02/04/2026: Great place. Everything is nicely designed and clean. Slightly muddy in winter when it thaws.
30/03/2026: A very nice campsite with lots of amenities. We stayed there in March and were even able to use the pool.
Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pitches are large and level.
There's plenty to do in the area.
We highly recommend this campsite.

10/06/2026: This is the fourth time we've been there in the last two months or so.
On all four occasions, there have been oversights, including one time when they mixed up our orders... The compensation was very meager despite these multiple oversights—just a few sauces, and no real apology.
I find this particularly deplorable; it's the only fast food place where we've had so many problems/errors.
It's a real shame...
03/06/2026: Thanks to a supposedly foolproof system to ensure nothing is left out of the order, I stopped checking the bags... Big mistake, since my partner's box of 20 Chicken McNuggets was missing. A 40 km drive back to get what we paid for... Considering the price of gas and a McDonald's meal, it's outrageous!

15/04/2026: It's always a real pleasure to go to Novi. The food is excellent, the waitresses and waiters are pleasant, and the owner is very welcoming and attentive.
We eat at Novi regularly and are never disappointed, and when we don't feel like going out, we get takeout or pizza.
Don't change a thing, everything is perfect.

The old lady (owner or employee, I don't know) has a thing against people in wheelchairs and has literally chased me away twice! She should be ashamed of herself. I'm also considering filing a discrimination complaint. Impossible!

16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!
10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.

Honestly, avoid it at all costs.
13/01/2026: It's impossible to give less... the place is very dirty, between the owner not wearing gloves or a hairnet and putting his fingers in his mouth 2 minutes before, the filthy toilets, the drinks with a strong chemical taste, you risk food poisoning... a place to avoid... a report will surely be made to the health department.

05/06/2026: I would have preferred not to have to leave this review, but after several weeks of back and forth, I am still waiting for a resolution.
I placed an online order with KFC Jeuxey Click & Connect. Upon arrival, I was told that this order had not been processed. I therefore had to return and place a new order on the spot. The staff assured me that the first order would not be charged.
However, the payment for the first order, amounting to €74.95, was ultimately debited from my bank account.
Since then, I have been taking numerous steps to obtain the promised refund. I have repeatedly provided supporting documents, screenshots, and now even bank statements. Despite this, I am constantly being asked for more information, and I feel that my case is going nowhere.
What disappoints me most is the lack of customer focus in this type of situation. Instead of a swift resolution to an error that was acknowledged from the outset, I feel constantly compelled to justify a charge that clearly exists.
Today, I feel abandoned regarding this matter and, to be honest, I feel I've paid for a service that doesn't fully take responsibility when a problem arises.
I find it regrettable that a customer has to dedicate so much time and energy to correcting an error that isn't their fault. A simple accounting check should quickly confirm the payment was received.
I await a solution and will gladly update this review once this dispute is finally resolved.

The welcome is great. We were given a tour of the owner by Claude-Michel who is not shy of advice and recommendations. The food is good, the places are clean and the atmosphere is excellent.
Conviviality, respect and good humor were there.
We will come back for sure.
