12/09/2024: Nous recherchions un restaurant lors de notre passage à Millau et avons été inspirés des avis laissés sur Tripadvisor. Merci à tous les avis car je confirme ce qui a déjà été inscrit, très bonne cuisine de qualité, très beau cadre.

11/09/2024: Viande et poisson au feu de bois. Le cadre et accueil sont super. Prix correct. Possibilité de menu en semaine. Terasse.

04/11/2024: If you want to go out of the ordinary in a creperie, here is a rarity: the pancake filled with hot apple and onion confit accompanied by slices of duck. The icing on the cake: the waitress asks if the meat is desired rare or medium. All in the old town of Millau, but away from the crowds. In high season, it is better to book as the establishment has a good reputation.

The meat is tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and you really feel the quality in every bite. The staff is welcoming and warm, which makes the experience even more pleasant Whether eating in or taking away, the service is fast and efficient. It is undoubtedly one of the best kebabs in the region. I highly recommend it for those looking for a good one! hearty and quality meal."

12/09/2024: Cuisine et service au top, nous nous sommes régalés avec le farçou tout léger, nous avons pris la saucisse (pas grasse) l'aligot comme il faut et pour finir la tarte Bourdaloue (la meilleure que nous avons pu déguster un peu tiède) et une boule de vanille. Bref un excellent repas menu à 27 euros. Vaut le détour.

We were only able to warn this dear Mr. Gaillard at the time of our concern. Mr. Gaillard made us a proposal over the phone on the condition that we send him an email to confirm our agreement, which we did, here is his response: We have 2 prices. The least expensive is non-refundable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and is not refunded for any reason. This is why it is cheaper. The second rate is modifiable and benefits from free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In your case, the reservation was due because it was canceled the same day. Second response following new email: As you have read correctly "the hotelier will not reimburse you" and as already announced all reservations are with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Except that you have chosen the non-refundable rate which, as its name suggests, is not refundable. You can ask your insurer to reimburse you. Here is my response: It seems to me that you have not read your own T&Cs nor what I have written to you. The sentence you use is not complete because it is indeed the deposit and not the entire stay; We have not paid you any deposit. In addition, you indicate that we “chose” the non-reimbursed rate… We didn't choose anything, you gave us a price, that's all. Nothing is indicated anywhere and nothing was said on the phone… The T&Cs on the hotel website indicate that we have 14 days to withdraw since the order was made by telephone. The government website also tells us that only the deposit cannot be refunded; we were charged the full amount of the stay. So, a little advice; avoid breaking down if you go to this gentleman.

23/09/2024: 2 pizzas ordered at the workshop Saturday evening. They are excellent. Thin dough, well filled, we finished them cold the next day. A real delight! THANKS.

15/08/2024: Nice welcome but that's all We looked for tomato sauce and couldn't find it, there was very little of it, the paste was very thin and not cooked AT ALL, it was tasteless, very soft, like chewing gum. Having done another pizzeria in Millau you will find it much better.
