I'm delighted to see your response a year after I posted my first review.
If you're attentive to customer feedback, you should reread this one, as it concerns the mashed potatoes served instead of aligot and, above all, the disdain of the manager present (I don't know if it was you), who seemed more concerned about us having paid the bill than about engaging in conversation.
This explains the 2-star/5 rating.

27/08/2024: Supposedly open "All year round" and "7 days a week for lunch and dinner" (except Wednesday evening), we waited for the opening seated at one of the tables on their terrace (it was Monday). At 7:35 p.m., people come out of the restaurant, which is still closed, look at us then leave without speaking to us. After another 5 minutes of waiting, a resident informed us that it was already closed the evening before.
However, it was open at noon when we passed by and after several checks, no paper announced an exceptional closure.
Finally, we left 15 minutes after the supposed opening to see no one...
16/08/2024: Best restaurant I have ever tasted in my entire life the food is good and well taken care of the waitress and very kind and polite with the customers and the prices are really very affordable finally I advise you to go instead of looking at the reviews so much It's good actually it's just perfect
