12/09/2024: Pleasantly surprised, we have been to Les Saintes several times, and we stopped at this restaurant, local and very good cuisine. Very friendly staff, great value for money. We will return there during our next stay.

05/04/2025: So disappointed... I took a baguette menu with a weird green sauce, and frankly, half of the pot was just oil rising up. The next day I was sick. First and last time for me, that's for sure.

31/05/2025: Food was quite a sad affair. Something as simple as a classic beef burger was nothing better than boiled meat in a bun. Very pricey for the food they served.

04/09/2024: Long waiting time, cold uncooked entrecôte (although asked for “a point”) , inadequate prices. They just take an advantage of the guests of nearby hotels as there’s no alternative…

30/08/2024: To flee! Extremely long service! More than an hour. Obvious lack of staff or organization. Waitress apologizing for the wait, obviously not being able to do anything more. Vomiting in the play structure reported but no action by staff apparently not being the priority. And then let's not even talk about the cleanliness of the toilets. Deplorable experience! A shame because with staff and good management this place could have potential.

06/12/2025: A very poor experience, to put it mildly. I booked a night at the Ibis La Timone Marseille hotel by phone due to a hospital appointment the following day. Early in the morning, I was woken by an unbearable noise inside the hotel. Elevator renovations—not mentioned when I made my reservation—forced me to climb four flights of stairs several times, despite having a limited leg. The workers gave me mocking looks and were unable to utter a kind word or even free up the elevator—not even for a minute—to make it easier for an elderly woman to use it. Beyond this extremely unpleasant situation, here are the services offered by the Ibis Timone Marseille hotel: > A ridiculously small room, overheated and with no way to regulate the temperature. > An outdated bathroom with a flimsy bar of soap stuck to the shower wall. > No kettle, no toiletries of any kind, nothing, not even a notepad. Hotel Timone Marseille, a three-star hotel...??? It goes without saying that for such low-quality services and at the price paid, the value for money is simply unacceptable. I understand the enthusiasm of many travelers for Airbnb-style accommodations, which are of far superior quality and much cheaper, and which, moreover, welcome you with a smile and those little touches that make all the difference. In short, I absolutely do not recommend the Ibis Marseille Timone hotel, a hotel that in no way corresponds to a 3-star hotel as advertised on the front door.

06/12/2025: Well located for my conference at the medical school, but the room faced the noisy boulevard, so the night wasn't very restful; breakfast was adequate.

28/09/2024: Very bad experience, the chicken curry contains cartilage, it is inedible, the white rice is all stuck together, the spicy chicken is half composed of grilled dried chili peppers in additional pieces which cannot be eaten.. shrimp fritters so dry and hard that you can break a window with it... 77€ paid and no one ate the meal, the boss tells us that we are not used to Chinese meals, even though my husband worked for 10 years at Allo Nems..... Deplorable, I strongly advise against it and moreover expensive, to vomit

13/09/2024: 🦐 Delicious and inexpensive! And the service is very good. Just say a word and the chef can help make the taste you like😌The homesickness will be relieved haha. The restaurant environment and atmosphere are very good and the view is excellent. It is a very unique Chinese restaurant! I accidentally glanced at the kitchen. It looks very clean and tidy. I love staying there!
