15/02/2026: So yesterday we went, the waiter told us we wouldn't get a table for another hour because the place was full. He took our reservation, so we came back an hour later, around 10 PM, and surprise, he told us they were closing because they were out of pizza dough. Uh-oh, you should have managed your dough stock properly! Anyway, I was so annoyed, even the next day. 2026 is just around the corner, we need to stay focused.

22/12/2025: It's difficult these days to find an affordable restaurant that can accommodate a group of 57 people, but our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was impeccable. The bull stew was a real treat.
A huge thank you to the entire team, both front and back of house. It's the kind of place you can't wait to return to. 👏🍽️ Food, service, and atmosphere: 5/5
11/09/2025: I often have lunch there. I'm never disappointed. The food is always very good. The dishes are generous and offer excellent value for money. Plus, the staff is friendly! It's a welcoming place that's well worth the detour.

It was perfect! The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly.

Le Salon Provençal is a true gem! The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is typically Provençal, and the shaded terrace invites you to relax. The homemade ice cream is a delight, and the attentive service adds to the experience. A wonderful place to savor a peaceful moment just a stone's throw from the hills of Pagnol. We'll gladly return!
24/06/2025: Like every year, we came to the village of Allauch to spend the evening of the Fête de la Musique and explore the night market. We spent the evening at the Salon Provencal... the charcuterie board and panisse on offer were excellent... the staff is always very welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic.
