07/03/2024: We always take our meals to go. We have never been disappointed with the quality and quantity from HANI.
17/02/2024: The doner sandwich is SO GOOD so much so that we recommended one, the bread is homemade and is soft on the inside and crispy on top, the meat is delivered daily from the butcher next door and the chef makes the chicken spit himself, the staff is friendly and friendly, in short a little gem at Neuf Brisach!

23/05/2024: J'adore le Buffalo Grill mais celui mon dieu 😱 le service est plus que lamentable, les cocas sont arrivés chaud même pas frais, commander la viande qu'il n'y a plus et ça en a entendu a plusieurs tables... Ensuite cuisson pas juste, frites froide, les tables a côté de nous après 1hoo toujours pas débarrasser... A oui j'oubliais il n'y avais pas grand monde se soir la donc je n'arrive pas a comprendre... Bref plus jamais celui là

A little indulgence in your comments please, give them time to restart the machine!
We were there last night, it was a bit long but we were warned upon arrival. The staff went out of their way for the customers, we appreciated being able to come back there like before! What we ordered was very good! (2 flank steaks, 1 variegated and 1 horse trader)
18/05/2024: Having just spent a few days in COLMAR on the wine route, I was delighted to see that this restaurant was established near our hotel because I had never been disappointed by this chain of restaurants. But there is an exception with this restaurant in COLMAR which is catastrophic mainly in terms of service. Arriving early, everything started well with the first course served quickly. But then disaster with a waiter who was completely overwhelmed, incompetent and above all not discreet when he was arguing with the cook. After 45 minutes of waiting after our first dish and various calls to find out what was next, we got up and left quickly after paying. Alongside us, several tables expressed their dissatisfaction because either there was too much waiting, or cold dishes, etc.

07/06/2024: used to campaniles, this one should be avoided, room in need of cooling, marks on the walls, burn marks on the floor, hole in the bathroom blocked with PQ, no hair dryer, cover for the flush button water fell but remains of different glue... Finally, very noisy.
For the restaurant, it no longer has anything of a restaurant but possibly a canteen, nothing homemade, only industrial which is reheated, for example, small and dry chicken fillet with a handful of fries, choice very limited. For the service, zero, installed outside, no cleaning of the table which was full of dust, placing paper sets on top, service of aperitifs, request for a pitcher of wine which is brought back with the quantity of glasses for those who drink it (2 out of 5) for the others no more glasses, nor a carafe of water until we ask for the 2nd time after serving our dishes, the same for the bread. Really sad...
05/06/2024: I booked a room and paid in advance, but then i came, and they said there is no my name in the system told me to leave. They won't refund me, won't answer me. SCAMMERS
