21/02/2026: During our stay in Saumur, we booked a table at Keating and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert; it was still quite expensive, but the pleasure was there in every bite.

14/03/2026: We had an excellent lunch! My husband ordered the cognac foie gras as an entree, I ordered the bone marrow - both were exceptional. Followed by the duck breast in a sublime sauce. For dessert, the crème brûlée, browned perfectly, was rich and creamy. The staff are always welcoming, and as locals, we especially appreciate the fact that they are open on Sundays.
10/03/2026: Excellent brasserie, open on a Monday no less, as many in the area are closed. We received a warm welcome, the daily special was very good, the prices more than reasonable, the service very friendly and pleasant, and pets are welcome – a real plus! ➕️ ➕️ ➕️
