16/01/2026: This time our experience was disappointing. We ordered the €22 set menu. The starter was okay, but nothing special. The meat in the main course was incredibly tough; for a beef and chicken stew, I couldn't eat it. The side dish was good, but insufficient. And the dessert, a chocolate and pear tart, was definitely defrosted. I mentioned this when paying, and the owner acknowledged it, but offered no compensation. A shame.

21/03/2026: A classic! The 1950s American atmosphere is wonderfully captured! You really feel like you're in the United States! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it! PS: Special mention to Shanna who knows her stuff perfectly (from the welcome to the service) with natural ease and a smile that draws everyone's attention.

03/03/2026: A last-minute, impromptu dinner. We received a very poor welcome. We asked to be seated somewhere other than by an "emergency" door, but were refused because they didn't have time to set a table, even though the restaurant was practically empty and we were cold. Our drinks were undrinkable, probably because the syrup bottle had spilled in. Some of the food was cold, while others were barely lukewarm. They offered some compensation, but it was a waste of money considering we had all ordered full meals (extra portions). To top it all off, the dining room was dark, with only three spotlights on; all the others were off. When it came to payment, they gave us individual receipts but refused to provide a single, complete receipt. We shared our concerns with the waiter (Maxime), who remained with us throughout, but he didn't respond at all. Visited on the evening of March 3rd

07/03/2026: Excellent service, from the welcome to dessert, impeccable, especially the waiter, named Adrien, who makes very good cocktails. I had a Per August, a truly delicious and very good restaurant, highly recommended.

11/01/2026: We were a group of seven on Friday evening and received a friendly welcome. The prices, couscous, etc., were truly excellent, the portions were very generous, and seconds were even offered. The house wine in the pitcher was also very good, and the service was attentive and prompt. The restaurant had a lovely and authentic atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful evening. As far as I know, there are no other Moroccan restaurants in Saarbrücken. We highly recommend this one.

03/03/2026: I hadn't been to this restaurant for a few years. It had made a good impression on me back then, and that was still the case today. In my memory, it used to be a fondue and raclette restaurant. Now, it's a Canadian specialty restaurant, which is much more original and rare in our area. The selection of drinks and dishes is well-chosen. The food is excellent; no complaints there! I was particularly pleased to find "Sortilège" brand products. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but the restaurant was quite full. I won't wait so long before returning.

01/03/2026: A delightful discovery shared with friends. We warmly thank the Chef for his succulent dishes. The flavors are delicately highlighted with simplicity and authenticity. The service is equally excellent.

20/02/2026: I went there for lunch today with my family and it was excellent from the main course to the dessert. The staff were super friendly. I recommend it; it's 5 minutes from Metz train station.

13/02/2026: I came to eat this Thursday evening, February 12, 2026, with two friends. As usual, the welcome was perfect, the food perfect, everything was really good. I highly recommend the food; the 400g Angus ribeye was magnificent. If you order something other than the set menu, it might cost a little more, but it's definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, see you next time!
