06/10/2026: The chicken skewer I ordered was completely undercooked. I got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. I was sick for a week. How is it possible to be a chef who doesn't know how to cook chicken?
We also found a piece of plastic (the closure from the bread package) in the bread used for the goat cheese toasts. The atmosphere and service were just okay.

18/08/2026: We couldn't come last year because it was fully booked, and we were so happy to finally eat there this year. What a disappointment! The wait was incredibly long with a child... two hours for a meal with no starter or dessert except for the children's menu... And speaking of the children's menu... three tiny, dry nuggets.
We waited 45 minutes for a carafe of water, which we finally received before leaving.
Expensive for what it was.
And when you ask the waitress for something, she looks at you as if you're clearly bothering her.
It's such a shame. The place itself is so lovely.
17/08/2026: We've been eating at La Cabane de Marie regularly for several years now and we're always very satisfied, both with the service and the quality of the food!
The staff are exceptionally kind, the place is welcoming… So, without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! 🤩🇨🇦🍁

We came, four of us, for lunch. The place is pleasant and nicely decorated, the food was very good, hence my four stars.
However, the service was strained. Upon our arrival, a young man behind the bar, without a greeting or any politeness, asked us, "Have you made a reservation?" The waitress in the dining room was more than unpleasant; she gave the impression of bothering everyone. This impression was shared by the four people at our table and the couple sitting at the next table.

30/09/2026: I went as usual, but received a frosty reception and was told they couldn't serve me. I understand they were at capacity, but many tables were empty, and the way they said it and didn't even try to find a solution was appalling.
It's a shame; usually I can come when I'm traveling without needing a reservation for just one person. 😅
22/09/2026: I just called (1:30 PM) to reserve a table and they literally told me to get lost because it was service time and then hung up on me...

A very nice experience.
The atmosphere is pleasant.
The food was very good, and it's nice to have homemade dishes!
The service was a little slow, but we all experience hiccups in our line of work, so we don't hold it against them.

I asked for a children's menu (not listed on the menu). The menu was €12 plus a burger (???) for €1.50, and of course, without the €4 drink.
The total came to €17.50 for the children's menu.
I now understand why it's not on your menu.
We won't be back, which is a shame because the service and food are excellent. A ripped-off customer...
05/09/2026: The starter was very good. However, the main courses weren't great. The rump steak I ordered rare arrived very medium. The béarnaise sauce was made with mayonnaise. The bread tasted burnt.

25/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. A very bad experience, mainly due to the waitress's unpleasant attitude. She wasn't attentive at all, and the customer service was truly lacking.
I am very disappointed with the welcome and the service. One thing is for sure: I will never return to this establishment.

It's a surprise… you don't know the price of what you're going to eat!
We sit down… They bring us rice with half a sausage and a small piece of chicken
(What is this? The starter? The main course? The side dish?)
They don't explain anything,
Then comes the meat (I must say it was excellent) with unlimited fries
But I've barely finished my piece of meat… The waitress brings dessert…
Still no choice
It's lukewarm pineapple
And that's the end of the meal
For €45 per person!!!!! No atmosphere, unpleasant waitress
Who's in a hurry to finish her shift
In short, I don't recommend it
