15/07/2026: I have mixed feelings about the experience. It wasn't bad, but nothing special. The service was adequate, but nothing more. I wouldn't recommend it for a quick bite; it took over an hour and a half for a main course and dessert.

12/07/2026: We ate there for the first time yesterday, and we weren't disappointed. We all ordered burgers, which were very good and very generous. The dessert service was a little slow, but it was also very good. The atmosphere is nice.

17/05/2026: This is a restaurant that could easily earn 5 stars. Regarding our meal, a few more kidneys than the few pieces lost in the mashed potatoes would have been a plus. The charming young woman who provided the service also richly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, this service has to be reduced by 50% because the young waiter seemed profoundly bored with the customers. Perhaps a skills assessment and career change are in order. The setting is very tasteful. Well done on the decor.

04/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant located on a small village square. We really enjoyed the care the chef put into the dishes, the flavors, and the fresh, local ingredients. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. We'll be back!

09/06/2026: During our visit to Vic-sur-Seille, we stopped for an espresso on the terrace… …we were served two cups of coffee so weak you could see the bottom of the cup….we politely mentioned it to the waitress who replaced the two coffees, but it wasn't much better, in short…and then the owner came over and rudely told us that his coffee was the best and that if we didn't like it, we should just go to his colleague's place and drink his coffee from Lidl, which he said would certainly be more to our liking. It's outrageous to pay €2.30 for colored water instead of espresso, and it's not very polite to disparage a colleague so close to his establishment. I'll make sure he gets the message by going to enjoy a real espresso. A word to the wise…

06/06/2026: Excellent, nothing to complain about. The welcome is perfect, the couscous with its meat is excellent, it's a real treat to have this restaurant in our town of Bertrange.

29/05/2026: L'Oasis restaurant feels like a true family-run establishment where generosity and conviviality are the order of the day. I would like to highlight the exceptional quality of the couscous, whether served with any meat, as well as the generous portions. The passionate and welcoming owner takes the time to explain the origin of the ingredients and share his homemade recipes. The attentive and genuine service enhances the experience, making you want to return. In short, an unmissable oriental and Berber restaurant for lovers of couscous and traditional cuisine.

05/05/2026: Meh. Not great for a steakhouse. The fries and julienned vegetables were frozen = poor value for money. The owner's friendliness was questionable. Luckily, the waiters and waitresses were pleasant. The dessert was okay.

02/05/2026: A superb experience in a pleasant, green setting; my room directly overlooks the Metz golf course. The meat there is extremely tender and flavorful! I highly recommend it.

07/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon eating my dessert (vanilla entremet), I discovered it contained mold. This is an unacceptable hygiene issue that should never have occurred in a restaurant. The most shocking thing was the staff's reaction: no compensation was offered, and I received no apology. Given such a serious situation, I would have expected at least a sincere apology and appropriate support. This incident raises serious questions about product quality control and adherence to hygiene standards. I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.

21/06/2026: The service was pleasant and the staff friendly, but the wait was quite long. The dishes were decent, without being exceptional, but the prices seemed a bit high. It was also a shame about the octopus, which was overcooked and therefore lacked tenderness. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but with a few areas for improvement.
