18/08/2026: A discovery in the village of Entzheim, which boasts several restaurants. The setting is warm and welcoming, with a distinctly Alsatian feel. The cuisine is refined and showcases fresh, local ingredients. It's worth noting that the tarte flambée is excellent and very reasonably priced. A special mention goes to the cordon bleu with Munster cheese! Personally, I opted for the fish of the day (pollock loin), which was cooked to perfection!
04/08/2026: The ribeye steak was delicious.
But the wait was an hour, and it was incredibly hot inside.

04/09/2026: The food was very poor; the chicken smelled strongly of spoiled meat, and the waitress refused to do anything about it. Completely unprofessional, both in the kitchen and the dining room. You can't just wing it in the restaurant business; hiring qualified staff would be a good start.
01/09/2026: You can order pizza without any problem, 20/20, even the service is very friendly, however the other dishes are average

06/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to the good reviews I read on Google... One Americano and one pain au chocolat for €5, which seems excessive given the quality of the pastry. The pain au chocolat was on par with a mass-produced one from Carrefour. What's more, it didn't seem to be freshly baked... And we looked for the chocolate inside... there were only traces of chocolate... Gone are the "chocolate bars" that used to be found in good artisanal pain au chocolat... There's no point in "deceiving" customers by offering pain au chocolat covered in sugar syrup that adds nothing to the pastry except making it sticky! An experience not to be repeated.

02/07/2026: Our first time at this wonderful restaurant in Ensheim. The staff were friendly, and the traditional dishes were excellent.
We had a lovely time.
Thank you to our friends Francine and Richard for introducing us to this place.
We will definitely recommend it.

23/08/2026: We came as a group of 10 to enjoy a nice family meal. The food was good, however, the wait was absolutely disastrous. There were far too many customers for the kitchen and the service. When we ordered two bottles of white wine, one of them was at room temperature. It took far too long to bring an ice bucket to chill it, as there were no more chilled bottles available. We really felt like they were overwhelmed (too many reservations for the staff). What a shame!
23/08/2026: Very disappointed because the service was very slow.
The waitresses were temporary staff, so they seemed a bit lost.
Phoeby was very smiley and tried her best.
The food was okay.
The wait between two flambéed dishes was over 15 minutes.
Jessica took orders, but I understand that being alone in charge of the terrace and upstairs, she must have been on edge.
In short, all this to say that to eat three tarts and a flank steak, we were at the restaurant for almost three hours.
Jessica was kind because she apologized for the wait, and as she told us, with the staff shortage and the two young temporary workers, it was complicated.
In any case, we won't be going back for a while.
We'll give it a second chance next time, but we'll go in the winter.
And I'll change my review if I'm satisfied.
But right now, I'm sorry, given the service and especially the wait.

19/08/2026: A bakery and pastry shop like few others, the breads are exquisite, the dishes are made with fresh ingredients, and they are balanced and delicious. As for the pastries, the selection is varied and crafted with care and flair. The welcome at Le Fournil de Séraphin is always warm and friendly. A big thank you for your expertise, which we enjoy every day.
17/08/2026: The saleswoman was extremely unpleasant, never smiled, and jumped on you as soon as you entered! The reception and courtesy need improvement!

29/07/2026: Arriving at this airport from Strasbourg by train is convenient and well signposted; however, for the return TER train, there are no platform signs from the airport to Strasbourg...for foreigners, you have to guess. And especially upon landing, making passengers, sometimes elderly or with luggage and children, climb four flights of stairs and then descend them again...it's very poorly thought out and designed. International airport, but when?
28/07/2026: EasyJet handled our luggage and transport very well. However, Strasbourg Airport needs to completely rethink its procedures. The stroller was correctly placed in the hold right in front of me, and upon arrival in Strasbourg, I found it in a deplorable state! The stroller bag was completely ripped open—a huge disgrace! I am requesting a refund for the stroller; my wife is awaiting a response. Otherwise, I will file a complaint. 0/5

23/08/2024: Les plats sont frais et délicieux, l’établissement est très propre, le personnel adorable. Seul petit bémol peut être, un effort aurait pu être fait pour la déco et donner à ce lieu un petit air afghan .
