05/09/2024: We called on Philippe Rome for our wedding on August 31, 2024. Great follow-up from the salesperson, Maun. We see that he enjoys his work and is very professional. Reception organized outdoors, the team adapted perfectly to the location, to our needs and those of the guests. Dinner in the evening, coordination with the DJ to send the dishes. Meal enjoyed by us and our loved ones. Nicolas and Lucie

10/02/2026: A delicious, generous salmon pizza, so good, same for the country-style pizza, and the nougat/brownies/chantilly ice cream sundae was wonderful, really warm setting, good atmosphere, an impromptu outing with friends, next time it will be with family.
05/02/2026: A truly lovely setting and excellent food. And a very warm welcome too! If you love Italian cuisine, you'll be in heaven!

20/02/2026: I agree with the other reviews. A "slow food" label is a fitting name for this restaurant, which is unworthy of the brand. The organization needs a complete overhaul; is anyone even in charge?
20/02/2026: The complete opposite of a fast food place! It took an unbelievable amount of time to give them one meal and one box of nuggets at the drive-thru. I've never seen anything so slow.

I often got takeout, but...
The staff is anything but pleasant and incredibly slow, even though I usually order before the rush. They manage to forget things on the order, which is never very large and the restaurant is never very busy. The food quality has declined for a long time now. It's dry, cold, and sometimes tasteless. My last order disappointed me so much that I prefer to go to Fegersheim.

25/02/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I was extremely disappointed! Not by the service, as the staff was excellent, nor by the pizza chef who's been there since the beginning, but by the prices, which have gone up by €5 or even €7. The cordon bleu was inedible, so dry with a layer of cheese that didn't melt at all; even the cheese itself must have wondered why it was there! The meal was over in an hour, tops! Very disappointed 😞

01/03/2026: A very cute little chocolate museum in a suburb of Strasbourg. Unfortunately, all the workshops are in French, so we also booked a tasting at the restaurant. In hindsight, that wasn't really necessary. At the museum, we were able to sample various types of chocolate, pralines, and small chocolate candies. After that, we had absolutely no desire for cake or waffles. There's also a great shop there.
01/03/2026: Very disappointed 😞 The selection was mediocre; I wondered if the products were even fresh... The chocolates were runny and gooey. The cake was hard... I expected more fresh products and a wider variety of chocolates. The chocolate fountain wasn't great.

16/12/2024: Like every year I bought 3 packs of mixed chocolates (500g): Disappointed +++
because the pralines are not as good, the chocolate has less taste, it is too sweet and very fatty overall. It looks like “cheap” store-bought chocolates.

Too bad the store is a bit expensive

24/02/2026: A very pleasant hotel, perfect welcome. Very clean and practical room. A few less positive points: no lock on my bathroom door and the hotel is a bit far from the city but with easy access to the highway.

Inadmissible que le personnel vide les bacs à 14h, devant les clients qui veulent se servir, pour constituer des plats Too good to go.
Le service se finit à 14h30 et nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir déjeuner de ce qui nous faisait envie, sans se rabattre sur ce qui a été laissé dans les bacs.
05/06/2024: Arrivé vers 13h15 plat vide et le ce qui rester était desséché qualité moindre de plus je me suis permise une remarque c'est cher pour ça le caissier c'est permis de dire il y a façon de le dire hahaha😄😄😄 j'aurais peut être dû lui emballé franchement il y a mieux à fuir trop bruyants et pour avoir des réflexions alors que c'est moi qui paye c'est grave pffff

14/09/2024: It’s still good and the service is friendly. The all-you-can-eat beef carpaccio is still as successful as ever. For the pizzas I have the impression that their diameter has decreased a little and that the “sidewalk” has become wider, the garnished surface has taken a hit!
21/08/2024: Unbearably expensive...by the 9th plate, it's frozen...the fries are good.
