27/08/2026: After a cold and lengthy welcome, the food and service mirrored the initial reception. The plates were sad and under-seasoned; you had to go and get the salt yourself. It was expensive for what it was. You had to guess the starters, main courses, and desserts from the menu, and if you dared ask the owner for advice—since apparently creating a legible menu was too much work—you'd be met with a frosty reception. The only positive point was the young waiter who did his best to do his job properly despite the unpleasant woman's lack of cooperation. I do not recommend this establishment and wish the staff the best of luck.

31/07/2026: We just had a drink in the afternoon, and our drinks were served on an unwashed table covered in pigeon feathers, and the waiter didn't seem to mind at all. The service was pretty awful. That's it for us.
28/07/2026: Excellent welcome. A wonderful Arles experience. We ate very well. The owner and her team were incredibly attentive and friendly. The beef stew and the bull steak were delicious. Thank you!

14/09/2026: The setting is nice, given its location within the museum, but the welcome was very cold. The person at the counter didn't say hello, stared at me without a word, and responded with sighs when I asked a question. It's a shame; it doesn't meet the standard one expects from a place attached to a museum.

06/12/2025: I usually order pistachio wafers, but on December 5th, 2025 at 4 PM, the waitress gave me a wafer that wasn't properly spread with pistachio; it tasted like flour. I showed her it was dry, but she refused to add more. I'm sorry, but the customer is always right. (Waffle Factory, Orléans)
27/11/2025: Disappointed, I ordered a waffle with minced steak and received ham and cheese when I got home, after a 20-minute wait, even though there were six of them.

24/08/2026: My husband and I have been coming here for quite some time and are always satisfied with the choice and quality. Perhaps they could put a little more effort into the desserts. The staff are friendly (though not very smiley, perhaps that's just their nature). Parking is easy. We love it!

20/08/2026: Google says 21:30, the door says 21:00… But unfortunately, at 20:00 the door is locked. The light is on, though, and we do see someone walking by. Apparently, the opening hours are different from what Google and their own door indicate.
17/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....
Don't go there.
A 1.5-hour wait for 2 burgers and 1 chicken skewer, even though the place wasn't full (2 PM).
Once our order was ready, they simply told us they were out of cutlery because they were understaffed and that I had to go ask for cutlery at the restaurant across the street 😆... Absolutely unbelievable 🙈

Closed because the owner didn't (want to) pay taxes?????? Geez, the history of this cafe alone would make it a goldmine. It's sad what greed can cost to others.

19/08/2024: The room was full of live and dead mosquitoes...on the walls and curtains...the guy at the reception in the afternoon was lovely, but the guy in the morning was just the opposite, he had a bad face when we told him it was over. orange juice...there was also little oil in the oil jug and we didn't dare ask for it...and when we left to return the hotel key card I had to wait at least 5 minutes because there was no one at reception...

10/09/2025: We came without a reservation and have nothing but praise. The staff was welcoming, the service was excellent and very fast – I highly recommend it. The food was also excellent, with a special mention for the fish of the day, which a young waiter recommended. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.
27/08/2025: We came to look at the menu, we didn't ask anyone anything, and a waiter approached us, asking: "Do they speak French or English here?" Honestly, what kind of social media attitude is that? So we left.
